You can also mod your console so you can play multiplayer games which you can't download on your pc... like Battlefield. GOW 3, Halo, Forza, etc But PC has more because of the many possibilities. You can manage save games, Xfire, browser and you have mods for games like Fallout/TES. And the graphics are better of course.

I honestly do not understand why people are arguing over which console is better. I own both systems and I love them both greatly. Both are amazing. But as usual due to competition both systems have their ups and downs. Ps3 has blue ray which is an amazing feature but takes ups slot of disk space and therefore suffers in speed. 360 doesn't have that but has HD but the speed of download times is noticeably faster on Xbox. Another thing is that the ps3 has to install games before playing them. So

How is Kinect better? Think about it, Kinect still can't play a single 1 of its core games. It can't play any of the 3 Halo games, including the recent one, REACH. It can't play any of the Gears games....Epic has said Gears 3 will NOT be Kinect enabled. What about Fable 3 that launched after Kinect? Nope. Kinect isn't even good enough to play with Forza 2 or 3.
So I ask, how is Kinect better?
Honestly, as a games player, it sounds like Kinect sucks and even its own devs know it.
The Eye Toy ( released in 2003) and Playstation Eye (released in 2007) have been tracking body movement for years....way before Move and Kinect.
Pretty much everything Kinect does and has, the Playstation Eye can do it too. The reason they use the motion controllers is because they know that without it it won't work well.....same as Kinect, which is why it doesn't play any good games....not even a single 1 of its core games....thats says alot.

I honestly do not understand why people are arguing over which console is better. I own both systems and I love them both greatly. Both are amazing. But as usual due to competition both systems have their ups and downs. Ps3 has blue ray which is an amazing feature but takes ups slot of disk space and therefore suffers in speed. 360 doesn't have that but has HD but the speed of download times is noticeably faster on Xbox. Another thing is that the ps3 has to install games before playing them. So

You cant claim that the PS3 is bar none a better system (unless your a fanboy) both have their ups and downs. The biggest factor for me is the online quality for each system and the Xbox blows PS3 out of the water there, more people online, better service, and a more reliable connection. The fact of having to pay for live does not matter to Xbox users as they are proud of it.

@jimmybrown11111 every multiplatform game developed is developed first on the 360 as the 360's dev tools are made by Microsoft, and are extensive but also very efficient. By contrast the PS3's dev tools are terrible and tedious, and as a result responsible for all the terrible ports of PC/360 games to the PS3 (Bayonetta, Dragon Age Origins, Crysis 2, etc. etc.)

@ohjeezitskim fanboy would be me completely saying my system is better, and completely putting down the others. i agree ps3 has better graphics, but tbh its more for media, then gaming. wii is for entertainment at parties. xbox, is geared more towards gaming, and does it well, they all have their ups. all things can fail you know. especially with technology, everything will fail at some point.

For me, I see both systems being good with gaming. With call of duty (black ops) xbox is better just because they screwed up on the servers. I don't really mind how many people are online either and I can't see that being a valid point to wanting to play either systems. I've played COD on both, and I like both.

@Persistantthug valve doesnt own that many brand name titles. games like AC, Cod, and halo, are all run by their companys, and will all charge for their games, and some add ons. and nice job going straight for the insults. at least i try to keep a good conversation going. you do it, but then put a dumb remark at the end, like you won. Steamworks, only offers small indie games, kinda like the Marketplace, on XBox live. i doubt some random games some person made, will affect me.

How is Kinect better? Think about it, Kinect still can't play a single 1 of its core games. It can't play any of the 3 Halo games, including the recent one, REACH. It can't play any of the Gears games....Epic has said Gears 3 will NOT be Kinect enabled. What about Fable 3 that launched after Kinect? Nope. Kinect isn't even good enough to play with Forza 2 or 3.
So I ask, how is Kinect better?
Honestly, as a games player, it sounds like Kinect sucks and even its own devs know it.

That's actually not quite true....
The Eye Toy ( released in 2003) and Playstation Eye (released in 2007) have been tracking body movement for years....way before Move and Kinect.
Pretty much everything Kinect does and has, the Playstation Eye can do it too. The reason they use the motion controllers is because they know that without it it won't work well.....same as Kinect, which is why it doesn't play any good games....not even a single 1 of its core games....thats says alot.
