sorry for the late answer. I'm not sure i understand the problem but these were the ink'n paint settings:
BME: 2-sided hoocked
PC: Lighted hoocked (light grey), shaded hoocked (value 70m paint levels 5)
IC: Ink hoocked, Ink quality:1, Variable Width and clamp both hoocked
Min: 2,0 , Max 30,0 , Outline and overlap Hoocked, Everything else unhooked

how did you keep all your outer edges inked? I can't seem to figure that out...
