  • i love how what you're doing fits in with the music. Out of interst, did you film this with that music in mind? it's a strange combination: soft folky acoustic with heavy parkour

  • this isn't "TR4AINING"

    THIS IS "PARKOUR VIDEO"

  • what shoes do you need to parkour

  • !NINJA ALERT!

  • 2:17 - 2:40 suks!

  • You look like Brian Orosco. Just sayin... Good stuff.

  • What kind of shoes are you wearing?

  • I've never tried crawling up stairs backwards

  • @DJFaNNtA23 Look how I spelled tricks the second time it was a joke . Trix like the food . And he said no tricks and I said the the slogan -.-

  • no tricks but trix are for kids

  • @TheBeats75 let's see if you have enough balls to do 1:48

  • Whats the song called?

  • That's cool we do some of that at my gym

  • who needs ladders when u have parkour

  • no showing of, just quality training x

  • so u need good balance i see

    well im fuked

  • thats parkour white tricks cause you do a cat leap and landing and this song lame man or girl

  • whats the differenc between parkour and free running

  • How do you practice jumping so high off one leap, what drills or equipment do you use?

  • @13babybomber13 practice, and test your limits

  • dandy lawl :P

  • @GojuTraceur, is that the old dandy market?

    Dammm;DD

  • some nice spots man =)

  • wow man, i feel like i was watching you progress, rather than just watching one level of skill, makes me feel like theres hope for me after all :) got any tips bro?

  • 2:17 - 2: 20 FAILSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS >:P bwahahahahaha...why dont u cut it that part ^^

  • @PrinceCedie999 Because it fit with the Lyric

  • @PrinceCedie999 lol its training doesnt necessarily mean he has to cut out all the fails :)

  • @PrinceCedie999 Because crashes to the Parkour belongs. Sorry for my English, I'm CZ. :)

  • @PrinceCedie999 Because he wanted to show that u cant get it on the first jump all the time. -_-

  • @PrinceCedie999 to show that hes not a robot .

  • that music is gay.

  • @Killer27586 There's no mention of homosexuals in the music

  • @GojuTraceur Irrelevant the music has no gender, much less a sexual orientation so even if it did mention homosexuals the song itself wouldn't be gay.

  • @Killer27586 wow. didnt know music could like the same gender. i didnt know music had genders.

  • This is for beginners?

  • The beginning of the planet if the apes

  • damn you fly down those stairs what is it a 6 step gap?

  • @kingjim080 Lol not sure, Unfortunately the area doesn't exist anymore - it was a great spot to train. :(

  • @GojuTraceur damn i was just about to ask where this was...

  • 3:26 lol you just missed her. Did she see you?

  • @MW2Baillistick Yes :)

  • 1:15 , how did you get on that thing, mister spiderman?

  • watch?v=8MO5V96Qv7o

  • This is really risky, but fun. It's so easy to break a bone doing this.

  • Very Nice. Me too have one video with parkour look in my ch

  • Question. What exactly are you doing at 0:46?

  • where i live, we don't have the kind of parkour environment i need to start training it :,(

  • songs so beautiful

  • how do you jump high?

  • Comment removed

  • You know, one of the best and most basic ways of training for parkour is simply jogging. Physical fitness and endurance play a big role for the whole sport.

But who would want to see a video about jogging? xD

  • 0:35 best precision jump ever!

  • im doing parkour for a yera now and i tried a double revers volt into a b twist after landing and it kind of did work out have u got any idea how can i achive more ?

  • Gay song

  • amazing video! i just started parkour about 2 months ago in melb city and i must say its such a good community and i really enjoy the lessons. the instructors are amazing!

  • nice fatty at 3:27

  • Bad music

  • this is the really parkour

  • i dont like to do the tricks i just like to manuver the obsticles, am i still doing parkour?

  • @ryukyukempoBjjMMA1 yes if ur going from point a to point b overcoming any obstacles w/ precision jumps, vaults, or rolls then its more than likely parkour.

  • @ryukyukempoBjjMMA1 that is parkour. i'm pretty sure the tricks are free running

  • BestODST, u obviously do not understand what parkour is.

  • maybe next time some parkour thats actually a challenge

  • pure class a parkour video that is actually parkour

  • me and my brother just started getting into parkour but we hav no where to practice:/ do u know some kind of obstical we can build so we can practice?

  • Precision Jumping....know more commonly to me as the ball buster

  • hmmm next time take a better song

  • 0:46 really? lol

  • Oh and also, what precautions do you take to stay safe in training?

  • Hey, I have a question and I'd really appreciate your reply. How did you first get into parkour and what training did you do for the simplest tricks for a beginner? Where do you train? I really want to get into it as it's a growing interest for me. I'm in Australia in Adelaide and there is free running training for $5 but I need transport so what do you reccomend for a beginner?

  • @TheMatthewRB I saw a Doco about 6 years ago (Yamakasi Generations) on SBS. Firstly, they arn't tricks, they are just ways of moving over things. Always train to your ability progressing gradually. There is no rush. never show off. do lots off conditioning to get stronger for all movement. Practice Practice Practice.... Never give up and good things happen.

  • @GojuTraceur Thanks for the quick reply. And where do you actually train and how? My house is quite small and not much and support my weight. And I dont want to end up getting in shit for attempting on publing property. There is parkour training not far but not close to where I live but my dad hates driving there (im 14). My sisters bf is willing to drive me in a couple of weeks though. What saftety precautions? PM me if thats alrite

  • @GojuTraceur who is to say a kong or a precession is not a trick?

  • @TheMatthewRB the program P90X is also really helpful. it gets results fast as long as you do what it says and eat right

  • Playground ?... everywhere :)

  • thatz my style unless i have to trick well good stuff

  • Good God where are you???

I know people say you can do parkour anywhere, but some places are just SO much better than others :/

  • Very nice video mate. I personally prefer to see pure parkour without unnecessary tricks. These videos inspire us noobs to go train :)

  • Beautiful job brother! Keep up the awesome work.

  • @xBWL07x Dandenong Victoria Australia

  • great job dude

  • @TheJohnMonster You probably arent a patch this traceur if you have trained 2 weeks (now probably 3 months). I'd love to see you do a single rail precision.

Even if you can, there is no point criticizing someone who has made progress.

BTW @GojuTraceur : Awesome video .. how long have you been training ? :D

  • @iamghgh Thanks for your kind comments. Started mid 2005

  • I liked the bit where u do parkour

  • @TheMacMillanPage

It's just good for physical conditioning, especially shoulders, back and core. Try it out, it will work you hard, I guarantee it.

  • Dude you better watch those stairs, they'll getcha every time.

  • absolutely brilliant man :) love the music aswell :)

  • the only actually real parkour in this is like2:00 and 2:30 the rest is like just jumping from one railing to another and climbing up railing and going down stairs

  • @TheJohnmonster

Well, you obviously don't know what parkour is then. Vaults, precision jumps, and the climbing are all very much part of parkour. What is your so called 'real' parkour, hmm?

  • @raquer10101

    Pwned

  • @raquer10101 probally played too much assassins creed

  • @TheJohnmonster parkour is to get from point A to point b with hole u speed :D and parkour isnt flips and tricks that is free run man!

  • @TheJohnmonster really? are you serious? please do your research before leaving ignorant comments, you really do make yourself look bad, everything he done in this video is apart of parkour, its called "Training/Conditioning" i have training with GojuTraceur, He is a very skilled traceur.

  • @TheJohnmonster This guy is doing training you fool. You wouldn't know what that is because you're too busy trolling people on the internet.

  • now this is real Parkour :)

  • I don't care what the douchebag critics say. Your vid's pretty chill.

  • Good balance!

  • Nice.

  • @TheJohnmonster yeah you aint

  • @TheJohnmonster there is no good or bad in parkour! every one does it differently and if everyone does it differently then there cant be a good or bad. I dont think you truly know what Parkour is...

  • @TheJohnmonster yeah my arse...... let me guess. . . . gym whore!!!? Some faggot who thought this is cool i want to be awesome and show off and you went out first day to do flips retard!!!!!

  • @TheJohnmonster

    Having

    Anger

    Toward

    Everybody

    Reaching

    Success

  • where are the tricks then? ;)

  • I love nickel creek saw them in a concert

  • sweet, tell me if you like mine (my friend filmed it and edited it) watch?v=xdAJhC5u8WM

  • no fair u got the shoes for it:(

  • i know ppl need to lay off us parkour/freerunners what ever u call urself. its freedom of movement and were expressing are freedom in a different way. and i dont know about anyone else but for me parkour/freerunning is a way of life.

  • @XxcallmecezarxX Bro I know, ive been freerunning for about 6 months now and im 13, I get a bunch of shit from people who just think im an idiot for what im doing, Thanks for the inspiration for me to continue on in my style of expressing my independence and freedom.

  • cool

  • I like the "no tricks, parkour" approach. Too many tricking vids confusing people as to what parkour really is. Thanks for this video! Great.

  • what's the name of the song?

  • @misterdoo99 Reasons Why by Nickel Creek

  • i am just waiting for him to fall

  • i can do every move u could do at that time btw your flow was just incredible

  • Awesome video, really nice place you're training in.

  • im pretty good at pk until it comes to flips

  • @manslayer97 That's because parkour doesn't include flips.

  • @manslayer97 filips are freeruning

  • @manslayer97 so yeah dude, you can be good at parkour, while you cant do flips, because those (like darthcezarus said) are Freerunning and not parkour!

Parkour is mainly the focus on efficency and speed, and flips got nothing to do wether efficiency or speed!

  • damn this stuff takes balls. If you make one wrong step you'll fall off a 50 foot building, thats freaking intense

  • awesome training dude!! I gotta train like you.

  • 3:24 Highlight of the video.

  • @SkinnyTiesFTW if youre into dumpy chicks

  • this is were i began thks man u rock

  • I enjoyed you video :D

  • Why are you people so against GojuTraceur anyways? If you don't like the video go away. If you don't like the music, mute it. You take things wayyy too seriously, and make it a pointless argument.

On the otherhand, I enjoyed this, really nice stuff !

  • lol, i live in dandy :P and i do parkour too <3

  • @XxShadovvstalk3rxX Yeah... It is a training Video, not a full motion Vid :)

  • i liked the music, it's nice and relaxing , its good to see some change , its almost allways d'n'b and its getting boring, good video my man, just keep it going :) u god my sub ^^

  • i liked the music, it's nice and relaxing , its good to see some change , its almost allways d'n'b and its getting boring, good video my man, just keep it going :) u god my sub ^^

  • ive found dome rails just like at 2:33

  • @XxShadovvstalk3rxX the title says training and it is for muscle

  • its not the sort of music u need when your doing parkour

  • @kidefro If you Need Music... your not doing Parkour.

  • @GojuTraceur lol nice one

  • @GojuTraceur That's kinda stupid to say... do parkour with an IPOD? no? why not?

  • @mrmatthew161616 Why do you NEED Music?? Since when did music have to be in your ears before you could train? (Not saying you can't) But for the life of me.. Can't understand why you NEED it.. ? I'd rather put my whole focus on my movement and listen to music later. Guess it comes down to how serious you are about full attention, or just playing around.

  • @GojuTraceur

You should remember that not everyone does parkour for the same reasons as you. For some, it is strictly to relax or get some excess energy out, not to become the greatest urban ninja to ever live. It isn't up to you to decide the best reason to do parkour. Small note... no one ever stressed the need for music but you. As a matter of fact, they were saying you don't need this type of music meaning that it would detract from their experience. You almost agreed on accident :)

  • @ThirdEyeLight Actually it was (Kidefro) who said "Thats not the type of music you NEED to do Parkour". I don't particularly care who trains with it or not, it is completely up to them as I said "Not saying you Can't".

(The reason I chose the music for this vid, was to be completely opposite to most other Vids that were around at the time. (Fast paced, type stuff). This is Just Parkour Training (No Tricks... No Fluff) Just calm training. People don't seem to get it though.

  • @ThirdEyeLight

You take what he wrote way too literally and read into it too deeply. He was merely saying that if he was doing parkour, this is not the music he would prefer. Not that music was necessary for parkour. I am not here to give reading lessons. Have a wonderful day and enjoy your parkour as surely only you can.

  • @ThirdEyeLight Maybe I did take it literally.. (My apologies). But, if his statement did mean (Need),... My answer was to make him think about Parkour and some of the misconceptions surrounding Parkour. I'm sorry you took it that way. (No need for sarcasm). If you train,.. I hope you enjoy it also :) Truly.

  • shit music... really.. bullshit!

  • HOORAY FOR NICKEL CREEK!!

  • Dude i wanna see you when you doing tricks

  • i have those shoes :) Great video!

  • good stuff. And that girl at 3:24 got ass.

  • @TheNumberZed same I'm a great parkourist but i have no where to do it .. Maryland .. Not good for parkour

  • 1:19 tht was probly scary

  • u suck! get outs here!

  • @AffiliatedReps Hahahaha.. Is that even english? L2speak!

  • nice video! a nice change from all the fast paced "parkour" videos of people flipping. lol

  • Good fast and clean parkour!

  • Booooooooooooring

  • man i really have a problem with the muscle ups cos my arms aint that strong

so i do the cat leap then i cant go up ?

    anyway

    great video

    really good playground 2

  • grrr (sorry 4 duble post(if this counts)) the architects need to learn how to make buildings RIGHT!

  • ths is my 3rd vid iv watchd 2nite and im getting just plain frustrated theres no places to train wher i liv

and i also realise and am happy that lots of ppl do parkour

    ithout i was SPECIAL =P

  • Awesome video. I admire your presicion leaps, cat balance, wall runs, and tic-tacs. I can't do either of those but that's why I'm training!

  • Pause at 3:23 =P

  • woah! a human! OMG!!

  • Dude, how do you work up the balls to do those huge precision jumps and cat leaps?

  • Kind of an odd choice of song to put on the video, but I have to say, I do love Nickel Creek. Check out my parkour videos
