@brianriley4 True if there were such contracts, but most websites have only "Term OF Service" agreements. TOS usually protects owner & users from liabilities, and lays out what service is for. Doubtful any TOS says something along lines of "I will never ban users.". Similar to workplace - boss can fire you simply cuz he does not like you. BUT he cannot fire you on protected area (race, disability, religion, etc..).
if i understand you are saying website owner banning your video violates constitution law. That is incorrect. The US constitution dictates what GOVERNMENT can do, not what private citizen can do. e.g. Government running a web removes a message you posted out of spite is a violation. If private owner (ASLRocks or DVTV) removes it, is not a violation. Private citizens have right to control their own websites. You say your opinions elsewhere, just not on their sites.
