The REAL problem with the list is that she didn't mention the fact not every wrestler on the list died of od's on painkillers and steroids. The name that made me outraged the most was Owen Hart. He died during WWF Over The Edge 1999 & he just turned 34 years old. Nancy needs to get info instead of PMSing like she always does. Mero should have posted the cause of deaths of each pro wrestler on his "list" to clarify which who abused those who didn't use at all.
this disgust me. Nancy should have done some research on the topic, and instead of grabbing at straws. especially since Wrestling is not a hard topic to get info on. just another example of the press giving no respect to wrestling or the LIVES involved. You'd find out more wrestling info from your local smark than u would from this crap.
Her statements about barry bonds and asterisks make me question her neutrality. I don't have a whole lot of respect for CNN like I used to, especially after the way they point the finger at steroids and the way they took John Cena's words out of context in his interview for the Death Grip documentary.
I agree! Adrian adonis also died from a car accident. Owen hart fell to his death from a bad stunt at over the edge. Andre died from a non drug related heart failure, so on and so on.
Yeah but the point is people (wrestlers) are still dying from their profession's high demand for muscle buffs and freaks. The higher the desire for bigger, better competitors to get ratings and make profit, the more likely anabolic steroids, HGH, and painkillers are going to be used. Wrestlers are everyday people, you should be treating their passing as if someone was shot or stabbed.
Why can't she be real and show the list of all the wrestlers who actually died from steriods instead of showing the list of all the wrestlers who just died in general. I copied that list and research all of those people on it and I'm telling you most of them didn't even die from steriods. She's just trying to prove that steriods was the reason for the Benoit murders.
first and formost, wrestling is not a sport and cannot be treated as one like baseball, second, look at that list. owen hart? died in a ppv. yokozuna? 600 lbs!!! finally, they only mention this cause they can say wwe, the big name in wrestling. poor reporting and biased views....is this fox news?
There's so many problems with that "list". Both Von Erichs, Candy, and The Renegade, committed suicide, Brody and Bravo were murdered, Blackwell of pneumonia, Marella, DJ Peterson, Adonis, Vachon, Boone, Anderson, and JYD died in car accidents, Owen Hart died from a fall, Candido a medical acccident, Komlos, Earthquake, Studd, and Curtis/Hildebrand of cancer, Adams was shot and killed.
This Nancy is a stupid bicth. Owen did'nt
die from steroids. He died in an accident.
Shows how much she knows. Which is not alot.

Aren't reporters supposed to be unbiased?
