I am a Falun Gong practitioner. Falun Dafa is a cultivation system in the Buddha School based on the principles of the Universe: 真 Truthfulness 善 Compassion 忍 Forbearance.
Since 1999 it has been brutally persecuted by the CCP in China. People are being killed, tortured, put into concentration camps and have organs harvested from live people, simply because of their belief. More than 3400 Falun Gong practitioners have died at the hands of CCP in the past 12 years.
hell yes i love it i sing like this all the time and its fun as hell tibetan chanting is really fun if you listen really closely he is getting harmonic overtones i always shoot for the overtones in my tibetan chant and that is what makes it so amazing as well as the deep vocals, i guess singing in all those black metal bands finally paid off for me, just takes a lot of practice and desire to do :)
@KawaiiKyoKyo@KawaiiKyoKyo By using the "vocal fry" mechanism. You vibrate your larynx like as when you growl or clear your throat. If you learn to control it, you can mute your normal modal tone, and you are left with a rapidly vacillating sound that is an octave below your normal voice. There are tutorials about it.
oh my,just beacouse it isint pink singing it dosent mean its bad,its defferent for many guys here i can tell by your comments. but believe it or not, but deus made all listeners a big favour by posting this.
I was living in Sikkim for a bit, and the guy's house I was staying at hired a few monks to get rid of bad luck (or something, I wasn't too clear about this) and this is what I woke up to every morning, at daybreak or before daybreak, for two weeks. Along with the huge horns they blow in
1)Kargyraa is painful and overstress the voice and is not good for meditation. 2)Tibetan style makes one more overtone. It seems the same but it is not .
While it certainly is religious in context, it was presented as entertainment. It was performed prior to a screening of the movie, "Richard Gere Is My Hero," in Dharmasala, India. That movie is possibly the first non-documentary film to be filmed by Tibetans about the Tibetan community in exile, with an entire cast of Tibetan refugees. The performer is Nawang Khechog, a Grammy-nominee who is widely respected as one of Tibet's finest musicians.
