an "Ace" is killing their whole team in 1 round. A clutch is winning the round when you are the last one alive, it doesnt have to be killing the whole team, you can ninja defuse and it will still be a clutch . and yes you can clutch and ace it at the same time, being the last person left on your team, with whole enemy team alive then killing them all, this is known as a Ace clutch
