well most ska songs sound happy.. except for like some voodoo glowskulls and some bosstones.... vut with the words, the vibe i get from this song is like " *sigh* Well things could be worse..."

Listening to the lyrics, yes, it's not a happy song.
But listen to the trumpet, the bass, the drums, the vocal melody, then try to tell me that it isn't a happy sounding song.
