  • The Band " Blue Oyster Cult " , Are A Miscreant Bunch Of Degenerate " Trolls ! "

  • I like how his name is heavy metal sons, and this is song is more of hard rock. BOC was more soft rcok.

  • @Vanguard41xx

Yea you don't know what you're talking about. "soft rock" , you obviously haven't heard the rest of this album or any of their other albums either.

  • @Vanguard41xx You, my friend, have a soft head!

  • you cut the song short stupid

  • @TheRepublicanZombie You should've said, "You cut the song short, you stupid fucking human!".

  • It will kill us until the world is none.

  • Every time i hear this song it reminds me of my old friend Jeff C we use to drive around paramus park mall listening to this

  • great song, but the album cover kind of looks like a deformed muffin from afar lol

its a sad, sad, story, whats become of music nowadays

  • They got the book writer to write this song right?

does that technically make it a cover version?

  • I like it!!!

  • boc still rules! thanks for posting.

  • @ALTDOK666 I am only 13, yet i got every album, i LOVE all their songs, I just wish more people would listen to BOC. P.S I love the song Last Days of May (my favourite)

  • @StanSSY dude, that is so heart warming to know. Cultosaurus Erectus and Fire of Unknown Origin are my favourite BOC albums.

  • @ALTDOK666 you tell them i have seen BOC 7times and they were always great some people need to stay offline and leave the hard core rockers and i dont care if this offends any one if they want a listen in rock they need to read the rocknroll encyclipa

  • BOC. back in the early days as a welder, British Oxygen company supplied all my hours of torture, then i discovered they also made music, well i never.

  • Best album cover ever.

  • Cultosaurus Erectus is a masterpiece.

  • Stormbringer's famous last words to Elric. "I was alway more evil then you." I wonder how many have read the stories the song is based on?

  • I have this feeling that my luck is none to good, this sword here at my side don't act the way it should. that's the very first line awesome lyrics!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This dinosaur is the size of two states!

  • 'You poor fucking humans!'

  • @Drizzlerman I really hope you dont think that is in the song... because a few other people have commented the same thing....

  • It is at the end of the song on the original version on the 'Cultosaurus Erectus' album.

  • @Drizzlerman haha right on, knew there was a reason, I wish I had an original copy of Cultosaurus Erectus but do you think that Wally world would carry it? ha! course not, guess ill just go to some hippie music store..

  • I think you can get it on iTunes or possibly download it from someones blogspot for free.

  • was frying when i saw black and blue. dont know which one i like better die young or black blade.love sf especialy fritz lieber.....

  • I love the bit about 4.50 in to the song reminds of of the opening tune to John Cravens Newsround lolol

  • "I just wanna be a lover...not a red eyed screaming ghoul..."

The best lyrics ever, are you listening, Jack Black?

  • heh, disturbed has no problems doing some 8-'s gems, be cool to hear David Draiman do these vocals too. :-P

  • Yeah, but to any Black rappers out there - please leave this song alone - ta ;)

  • Just found this by accident! My first concert was Black and Blue Sunday; Black Sabbath and BOC. 1980 This song was the big radio hit at the time. I loved it. But never knew the name! But now I do. A very well crafted song. I never had a BOC record, but I did want this one.

  • Elric of Melniboné was the sword carrier and the Black blade is also known as Stormbringer .

i love the elric saga's :) oh and great song love this whole album

  • I actually think it´s kinda funny that the video ends abruptly while the blade´s laughing

  • BOC has always had a flair for the mystical. This was one of their best songs. The use of a "talk box" run thru a

Leslie on the keyboards at the end,

simulating the "voice" of the sword was

    really creepy.

  • This is badass \m/
