I have asthma as well as eczema... so at this time of year in the winter I find it extremely hard, as keeping warm is good for my asthma but my blood heats up and triggers my itching causing my asthma to get worse. Anyone got any tips on ? :P
@Darkprincess89 I suggest to go on walks everyday it will help your asthma to become more controlled just go slow at first, work your way up to doing more when you feel you can do more without tiring. I did track and have severe asthma this year will be my 3rd track season. If you need to ask me more questions feel free to email me. My email is krystiegruppuso@aim.com
i have had asthma since i was 2 and im 11 and i weight 97 lbs but its fat i have not been able to exercise and it really sucks i have been teased by people and all of my clothes that fit me before i cant wear them i have been trying to exercise but my asthma always acts up if anyone has any tips for me please message me i would love to hear them.
When I was born with Asthma, have had to struggle with it always... But I was able to manage it much better before I got Pneumonia at 15. These last 6 years I have not been able to rebound. I weigh 25lbs more than I did, because I ran and was able to exercise every day before. Running winds me so fast now.
I have asthma severly and breathing through my nose helps alot. I suggest to exercise b/c it really helps me control my asthma also start with an easy exercise at first like walking.
Im an asthmatic with a deviated septum, I highly suggest yoga(or at least a rudimentary knowledge of a few of the yogi breaths) to any asthmatic seeking control over the urge to puff away at there inhaler several times a day. You have to take responsibility of your situation, and realize that the life you lead up until this moment paved the way for any strengths and weaknesses you have.
i have asthma and i need my inhaler multiple times a DAY....i see commercials saying it's bad if you have to use it more than TWICE a WEEK:p what should i do?
