It's not the real voices because:

1) They sound too deep.

2) It's not Jesse McCartney's voice for Theodore.

3) When Jesse McCartney does Theo's voice, he makes his voice squeaky.

you can never tell if it's slowed down too much because each voice was probably pitched differently.

@evilshadowlover117 This is actually the original way the voices are recorded : SLOW AND HIGH. It is then high-pitched and speeded up along with the animation. If you listen closely you hear the difference between Dave's voice (slowed down film) and the chips voices (slow talking, imitating slow motion). : )
