Throw a turbo and some NOS on it. The boost from the turbo and the nitrous will fill in the gap between the journal and bearing quite nicely.

Dude this happen to me also. Your left brake pad is worn. If it is not that check the piston in the master cylinder.

Nope its a Miss fire somewhere along the line. Check the Distributer cap, Wires and plugs. If you don't you can cause a Seized Cylinder

all good guys i fixed it by putting air in the distributor housing and welding the crown and pinion together, i call it the lincoln locker

bottem line, you need new diff oil & maybe a new rear left tyre, should fix the knock

it started on 3 cyl. when u opened the oil cap it sounded like a huricane in there. u probably have to replace some piston rings here. check compression on all cyl.

you have a loosen rocker arm also. open the valve cover and you should know your engine problem. check your coil pack before you open valve cover.

rocker arm guide and shim should be changed. common the rocker arm and the cam is wear.

i wish you done it in close area with out wind so we can heared i think it's ok runing fine if nocking start after eng run for while maybe oil grade shoud change to higher grade.

1995 96 rav44 have the same on cold starts,wont damage it
