  • hello , do you think that an ECS A785GM-A would be compatible with a phenom x6 1090t with just an updated bios?

  • @Cience4thewin The latest bios revision on ECS's website does support the Phenom II X6 1090T.

  • ok good, but yeah man keep up the vids and sooner or later ima start to put up videos with my new gaming pc haha

  • Will look forward to checking em out;)

  • ohh ok and does the am3 athlon x3 435 2.9 ghz??? cus on the box of the mobo it says sockets am3 for amd phenom II processors

  • If you are asking will it work with the motherboard, the answer is yes, it will.

  • Also, as far as PSU's, a short list of ones i recommend on a budget:

    Xclio Stablepower 500W

    Xclio Greatpower 500W/550W

Recertified OCZ GameXStream 600W/700W (google silicon valley compucycle)

    Corsair 400W

    OCZ Modxstream Pro 500W

    Antec Earthwatts EA500

    Season SS-500ES

  • Whoops, meant to say Seasonic, so used to my G15 keyboard haha.

  • Also, if anyone is interested in joing our websit, the redirect has been fixed and should now take you to the correct page. Keep in mind website is currently under construction/

  • well right now i have a 500 watt psu that came with my case...should i upgrade??

  • I wouldnt even run my rig on a case psu. A quality 500W would more than easily run your rig, but the units that come in a case are far from quality, barring a few cases(such as antec)

  • well along with this mother board im going to put a athlon x3 435, 2.9 ghz and 4gb of ddr3 gaming ram... and im going to get a new graphics card in a month or two cus the integrated one is really good

  • Onboard is pretty decent considering its onboard, if you think its good though, a midrange card like the 5750/5770 would blow you away. You have similar specs to the rig i built my dad, except i used a 425, and 1600mhz Adata memory, and a 700W GameXStream PSU i had laying around. What power supply you get for your rig?

  • hey man i just bought this board today and i love it and its a really good motherboard for the price. i'm building my first gaming computer with this motherboard.

  • Cool, what all parts gonna be going along with it? I personally picked this board up to put together a rig for my dad .

Also, a note to the video: When I picked this board up at newegg it was $74.99, and then $20 MIR so its gonna be $54.99. The price has since increased to $94.99, but even then its a great board for the price.
