I don't think MSPA is an anime-homage. Homestuck is an homage to RPGs, while Problem Sleuth is an homage to adventure games. In fact, I can't remember any anime references other than Bro's ironic anime shades.

A judge cant take anyone to their own court to try them. If you want to sue the camera dude, then you have to sue them for whatever weird reason, then take them to a LOWER court (not the supreme court) and settle your case there.
