not that this wasn't good, but i feel like for all the weight you do on dips and other lifts, this wasn't nearly as impressive, especially being on a smith machine. not to say it's not amazing, just saying compared to your other vids.
@bskola they are usually olympic bars so they are 45 pounds they would rarely make them 10-15 pounds or they couldnt hold the super heavy weight. they just seem lighter because the smith machine.

Some are 15 lbs. They indicate it with a little sign on the machine, others use olympic bars, they indicate it as well.

1 plate = 45lbs... there are 6 plates total... plus the weight of the bar, which is only 10-15lbs.
