Morgan, can you hear me? It's me Morgan. Small baby Morgan. How can I get a copy of this movie to show my friends and make them impressed with my star-studdedness.
i'm not saying this to be a hater or anything, and after seeing the preview i really want to see this film, but i wonder why there seem to be no people of color in the film. it just seems strange especially since i'm assuming the film takes place in memphis. makes me a tad sad :(. again im not trying to be hate on you guys. i love your work, and the alternative side of memphis that you show.
i appreciate every bit of sensitivity and concern abt such matters.i've lived in memphis my entire life & grown up in the middle of the city around a diversity that i believe has given me the gift of being able to see past such boundries, but with realistic means..not by way of ignoring it, because who we all are is important, and the reality is being color blind doesnt pay respect to the fact that alot of people aren't and therefor alot of people are subject to plenty of bs. a
nyways, to answer ur question, there are people of color in the film. in all my films..many times it depends on who shows up to an audition. I also don't think just putting someone in a movie because of their skin color merely to balance things out is very honest. i dunno i'm certainly aware of and sensitive to issues of race and gender and sexuality...and i appreciate your concern
I was in the film in two scenes; I'm Chinese and there were plenty of "people of color" on the film. My friend Jackie appeared, she's half-Hispanic. Shaleen as well.
We may have not longer screen time but I personally wanted it to be that way to keep an extra layer to the film but without overwhelming the story.
i've said this somewhere else, but the bunny ears make me think of Gummo and then the whole thing seems creepy. ill just have to see the movie to break that association i guess.
As someone who absolutely loved both Blue Citrus Hearts and Away (A)wake, I've got to say that this looks better than either of them! I cannot wait to see it -- and I'm glad to see Helen Bowman making a return appearance, too. She is a phenomenal actress who is completely underappreciated!
That would be awesome! There's something magical about Morgan Jon Fox's films that makes them so profound. Here's to a great premiere. I'm sure omg/HaHaHa will be well received.
i know the indian guy in it
