  • @Smokeystyle Watch a planche tutorial, learn holding a planche, learn planche pushups and finaly practise walking planche. Sounds very simple but they take a very long time each of the steps, and i think that for the average guy, holding a planche is the step that takes longest time. Im practising tucked planche and soon i be able to go to adv tucked, and i been practising planche for one year.

  • @fre901108 hey check out my newest vid if u didnt see it yet. Its call Planche pushups & advance dip bar exerices... you will def. like the planche variations in it. Practice pushups with full range of motion in your tuck planche form... As you get better use slower movement and full range of motion. Movement in planche vs a hold will build much more versatile strength, faster gains, and muscle mass.

  • your hardcore bro but iv heard its best 2 do less repetitions when training explosiveness otherwise it becomes an endurance exercise which isnt really going to boost your explosiveness try doing 6 or 7 reps of each and repeate a few times

  • @dsingleton1000 They dont have any official name to them... I was calling them superman pushups, but there is another pushup that goes by that name so that makes it kinda confusing.

  • @Miiguelao what muscle u want to work on? All the stuff i do is in my videos. You should try to work all your muscle groups at some point through the week in about 3-4 workouts...

  • @kane123369 what do you mean? i dont do anything specific for the wrist but they are solid from fingertip pullups of the hanging board and everything else i do.

  • @AndxRo it does not mess anything up... ive never had a single injury or problem... Unless you do this stuff and know how it works dont make retarded assumptions. Bodyweight exercises are the safest and most functional form of training.

  • @Fazioenterprise Your shit is on point, but AndxRo isn't wrong in a sense. This puts a tremendous amount of pressure on the wrists, and the muscles are used at extreme angles (like the one arm push up). Imagine a skinny kid curling too much with bad form, and that could lead to injury. You know what you're doing and are doing advanced exercises cause you're at that level. Someone who isn't as strong or fit could get hurt doing this. What he SHOULD have assumed is that it's advanced...that's all.

Innovative, & reminds me of some stuff, I did, long ago, which was knocked, by people, stuck on being told how to do things...I used a lot fo falling n springing back up puh-ups (plyo ), & they REALLY helped my power with punches, etc. I like the fact you have a lot fo totality ( full-body ) involvement, even in movements based upon certain body area focus. Great job...
