It is the sequl to the Vampire Hunter D movie from the 1980's.

If you are going to watch those films, I strongly recommend Vampire Hunter D. It is a 5 star anime.

The anime from exactly 4:02 is Dragonball Z. But the anime that starts from 4:04 is called Baccano!. It is one of the best anime series ever. And the same guy that made Baccano! also made the Durarara!! series that is now on Adult Swim.
