The reason it's harder to pee around other people when you have a shy bladder is because something is signalling you that it's not OK to pee. If you can practice peeing with clothes on (like in your bathtub or something but without any water running) then you are essentially challenging the muscle/habit that says it's not OK to pee your pants, and learning how to loosen the grip of that thought in your head might also loosen the grip of the thought that keeps you from peeing in public.
Not 100% but much better. I find that if I could multiples of thirteen (13, 26, 39, 52, etc.) in my head that it helps distract me sometimes when I'm anxious and can't go.

are you 100% cured now ? I have shy bladder, I am 31 and never able to pee in public in over 22 years.
