@MsCrackCat of course, china(or more specifically the CHINESE GOVERNMENT) is to partly blame for the low quality chinese goods that have earned china a bad reputation in regards to their exports...if the chinese government was more firm and uncompromising, international companies wouldn't be able to exploit the chinese migrant factory workers and neither would be the chinese managers working in those factories. the chinese govt has sold their migrant workers short. they need to impose laws!
