@fluffywerewolf98 - Maximal and Predacons didn't separate by type of animals they were. Dinobot for example was a predacon originally who became a maximal just after landing on Earth. The ancestors for the maximals were the autobots. The decepticons were ancestors of the predacons. If you think about it they are just ALL transformers of different species but only separated by their goals. The Predcons were Allied with the maximals though. This is why the predacons themselves do not like megatron

Soundwave was probably among the few Cons granted amnesty. He always struck me as the sort of mechanism who could be turned after being given a good talking to, and you see him with Nightscream (whose pre-technorganic body looked a lot like it transformed into a tape like Rumble and Frenzy) in Beast Machines.

no this optimus is not the leader of the autobots/maximals he's just a regular star ship commander, he just knows that some decepticons became predacons (so he doesn't know ravage personally but he knows of him).

Why would people complain about RAVAGE STILL turning into a classic cassette tape? beast wars had way to many plot holes and stuff that didnt make sense im not saying the show sucked i just thought the original was better and beast machines (after beast wars) was really weird and in no way could fit in with the G1 time line neither beast wars due to the fact its after G1 but yet they find the ark and the G1 characters on board also starscreams spark is floating in space when his body is on earth in the ark...way to many plot holes and stuff that makes no sense. still good show

@stringdog911 - Starscream on earth inside of the arc still had his spark intact and was buried inside of a mountain. The spark of starscream from after he had died couldn't search for any body in specifically. It was by chance that it came across who waspanator.

beastwars had some funky timeline stuff gong on. They were on a prehistoric earth (apparently) due to a time warp/wormhole nonsense. They come from a timeline way past G1 transformers, so this megatron is named in honor of G1 megatron. But, since they are on prehistoric earth, they actually enter the ark and see G1 optimus prime and other autobots. It was a pretty sweet show, but I am sure that transformer geeks are dying at my inadequate description of the plotline....

the megatron that they showed in the video waz the real/original megatron this megatron in beast wars is the 2nd (or maybe 3rd) megatron. beast wars takes places years after the transformers series
