What? You're fucking stupid and you obviously have very little knowledge of metal plate/screw fixations. In most cases, you're allowed to lift weights with them but it can hurt because the hardware irritates the flesh.

Many athletes have metal screws and they continue lifting weights and training for their sports.

dude...im not lying. Theres no way to prove it, but take my word for it. It wasnt my arm, it was my wrist. Plus ive had worse injuries in my life, and that one didnt feel as bad. I cracked my skull my sophomore yr when a 6 ft 10 guy tried 2 dunk over me while i was trying to take the charge. Ive struggled through the worst injury of all in a herniated disk in my spine when i was in 7th grade. You have the right to not believe me, but i could careless, i have no way of proving it.
