That's not a Sonic chao. It's only a Neutral/Run. A Sonic chao is blue and is a Neutral/Run/Run.

You must get a Nuetral/Run chao by giving it only chaos drives, and then after it evolves you must get it's Run up with only chaos drives. Once it is blue, with some black I think, and its spikes are down it is a Sonic chao.
@koolkidd56 give it lot of Run chaos drives and Run animals.

@koolkidd56 After it evolves you have to keep giving it run stats and it will evantually turn into a sonic chao.
