Lady sounds so outraged. How much of a loss did you take lady? You didn't take no loss. The federal reserve, And the department of treasury bailed everyone out. Everyone except the home owners. The banks got bailed out and got bonuses. The people got screwed. Lucky that wasn't my house. The back yard would be jack hammered, All the copper pipes would be gone. I would of left there with a down payment on a new house. Lol
There was still copper wiring and plumbing remaining. Likewise, the doors and windows were still in place. The didn't drain the pool and jackhammer it into shreds. The metal fence was still standing. The sheetrock wasn't soaking wet from sprinklers set up in the attic and running 24 hrs. per day.
It looks like things were removed but the house wasn't vandalized. I think I understand the homeowners. The banks caused this problem, got bailed out and didn't pass on any assistance to homeowners. I think the worst is yet to come.
I dont blame them at all for taking the stuff. Its not trashed! Those items arent included in the price. I would take that stuff especially if i paid to have it updated. The governments not on our side so screw the banks and anybody who works for the banks.
@amyntazoe I agree 100%. With all the interest that this homeowner paid to the crooked bank, they should walk out with EVERYTHING, including the toilet! Good for them!

Your just pissed because it will be harder for you to sell it and make a commision. Selling false promises of a home.

I don't blame them for walking away, I blame them for trashing the house. You can leave a house without destroying it.

if their payments skyrocketed and they couldnt stay can you really blame them?
