Good song but I really don't think the plagiarism claim has too much depth. There are definitely cuts that sound similar or exact from both pieces but artists do that all the time. I think that If ALW takes a 3 second piece of the song and layers it under the main song it's fine. Really ALW didn't even use a true chromatic scale for the PotO. You only hear the tune for a minute at most throughout the song. Most of the emphasis is on the vocals.

Marijuana can expand your mind to appreciate the Floyd but there music is life changing regardless of your state of mind. My favorite group by far. Gilmour's voice is moving and very perfect for the sound that Waters came up with both compliment each other to form PERFECTION.
