In my understanding is that you will have to ''bid'' on houses. And from what i already saw people are bidding on the most expensive house for over 1.3 billion kinah.

And you will also need a weekly fee for your house for ''mainaintance''. The weekly fee of the most expensive house is 22 million kinah per week.

But the big house is more suitable for a guild house. So get ready to save up kinah
