The average for a good av product to find and remove zero day threats is around 50-60%. now if he tested all of them with those links on the same day that would give you an idea which is the worse and the best. he may or may not have done that. but that would be a fair test. ex. of a fair test would be av-comparatives where they test most of the products and test them with all with same amount of malware (way more than all the test on youtube) to each of them and tell you the results.
