I just tried this mode today after not bothering with it for the entire time I've had it (and I believe I got it all the way back at launch). I was rather disappointed. There is some amount of strategy involved, but lots of the time the opponent camps and makes it difficult for you to go back to your base. Then again, I'm a "n00b" and have hardly touched the multiplayer, so maybe I'll try again some other time.

I really hate this. Evertime I'm winning the other player shuts his DS off on wi-fi. PLUS everytime I lose the other player uses very cheap tactic (like throwing all pieces to a corner and putting ALL THREE guard there). Nintendo should have made some more rules for the game -_- The way it is now.... sucks. Unless you play with your friends and you can make some more rules.

GolliM is right every time i am about to win, they turn off their DS and all i am trying to do is complete big plays! I do throw my pieces in a corner and guard them because when i score the people immidetly go after my peaces and ignore the rest that is really near. And the one big play that wants you to get EVERY force gem was a pain in the ass, most of the time when i get at least 3 big force gems the next thing i see is "your opponent has left" >:(

I hate how your opponent can just quit, taking no penalty to their rank. I was on my way to getting perfect master. I had all the gems and they havent scored yet. When I tossed in the last gem into my base they just quit. I was so freaking mad. I cant believe the nerve of some people. If im losing a game I dont give up like a sore loser who cant accept defeat, I keep trying and if I loose w/e my opponent get the big plays they deserve. There are so many flaws with this game.

because ds is more fun. psp is more of a portable multimedia system. ds is made for gaming. psp has a HUGE high quality screen and 3874628734612874361 buttons. great for watching movies on. DS has 2 little screens, one of them touch sensitive, inbuild chat, donwloadplay and a microphone. perfect for gaming with friends. oh, and just because i'm a nintendo fanboy. PSP CHEAP BASTARDS. DS HAS ONE DEAD PIXEL AND THEY REPAIR IT FOR FREE =)

Graphics dont count for shit dude. Psp is alright, but all there games are boring ports from ps2 (wich i already have) Atleast DS has inovative games with good design concepts. As for "better games," that's a matter of personal opinion, but the majority of people find the DS' selection more appealing, not to mention the higher rate of development support. The DS is a bargain at the price it's at and the amazing games just drive it further.
