2142 gunship pilots want to gain an unfair advanatge over you on the battlefield , they talk about skill but the gunship is a HUGE joke in the flight simulation community , no working panel no nothing , everything is automated for the pilot , personaly i think they put the gunship in the game for very small children .

I'd say it's all been done before, and it looks a little less spectacular in BF2142 since there are no jets (or at least the attack choppers fly significantly slower to accommodate smaller maps.
