Sweet game it is. I don't really have any issues with emulators, the work pretty well. Only thing that is a bit off is the sound which is a bit "scratchy" on emulators compared to the original hardware.
@Polaventris Yeah, it's not perfect. The C64 was pretty rough around the edges, especially if you got video and audio through the RF modulator and played on a crappy TV. The emulators are too clean, but let me play my favorite games from that era.
Emulators are also not 100% accurate. I know most SNES emulators get sound completely wrong except bsnes, but the whole point of bsnes is to be as accurate as possible. I don't think there is such an accurate emulator for the C64 though.
@uzimonkey Maybe it is just me, but my C64C gives very nice image even thru its RF modulator and the S-Video image I get from it looks perfect on my 32" LCD tv. I don't know why but the USB video capture device makes it look a bit stripy. I've heard from other people that some C64's give better image than others, probably due to how they have survived the years.
@uzimonkey You got games for your Vic? You know you can always just point your cheapo HD webcam to your television and capture it that way. Thats what I did in my first videos. Then just capture the audio from TV's headphone jack and you're good. Would be interesting to see Vic games too. Of course with commentary even better ;)
I don't mean to brag.... but I truly believe I was the greatest Jumpman and Jumpman Junior player of all times. I remember playing a single game for over 2 hours. I had cleared all the levels, and as I recall, they just keep randomly serving up past levels until you finally die. I didn't do too many great things in life... but I was one bad mutha in those two games!

@MrCassavius It's an emulator, probably Vice. I don't have actual C64 hardware anymore, just a Vic-20 but no way to record it.
