the reason the producers probably wanted someone else to host the show was 1 Chris hasn't really done anything, his movies were terrible and from what i know that's basically all he's done, 2 Chris and chef are terrible at their jobs the only thing Chris can do is talk better and build some suspense, but alienates and the contestants 3 Chris nearly bankrupts the show each season on himself, 4 Chris probably has caused more lawsuits to be drawn against them then any other host
