That tower is Sasagawa Kinen Heiwa no Tou means Memorial Peace Tower for sightseeing.

There is a big problem of territorial issue at some islands both Russia and Japan near Hokkaido. At this tower, we can watch these islands.

There are these roads in Hokkaido island.

Japanese roads are very narrow because it is very small country area that Japan has.
