Annie needs 5 chargea for her stun, poppy shat her pants and ran, and others wanted to secure baron. Also you must realise that all this happened in under 3 seconds, so there is not much reaction time. Also some probably werent even looking at baron, and looking at items instead. This is not a case of a noob team, just very overconfident.
