  • Get it girl! lol, even if you aren't the skinniest person in the world, but you do a work out that was intense for your you body....you walk away feeling sooo good about yourself.

    Even if you haven't physically changed in the amount of time you worked out (most of us don't), you just feel happy and like a new confident you.

    Thats why i started working out more. To feel better about myself. An added plus, is that i lost 10 pounds, so i'm back in my normal BMI range.

  • I did this today and wow!! I was sweating like a pig. I could only to 2 sets of each ( I am out of shape) But I did the cardio in between and wow! This is my new early morning routine.

I have a question I want to lose weight and a friend of mine who has lost 110 pounds told me to eat 2000 calories a day and to do cardio. i have lost 22 pounds already and I just wanted to know is 2000 calories a good number to eat a day in order to lose more weight?   • thanks for this video. It surely helped me. I have been doing my crunches all wrong...that explains why I i am always in pain when i do them and after. My neck and back hurts when im done.

  • Great workout tutorial..I would just suggest to do the squats a little slower to make sure you are engaging the muscles and not using momentum.

  • @Mimi8402 I think the purpose of going a bit faster is to get in cardio with the strength

  • Yes, and if you fell the set or reps i have are getting easy, up the number, do this for at least 4 - 8 weeks, and do them nonstop because this includes cardio as well
