  • my blisey is one of my best walls... she is already prepared for most of pokemons (only for special attacks pokemons) her moves is:

    softboiled

    calm mind

    toxic

fire blast (to kill steel pokemons who are immunity to toxic like a forretess)

  • The hell I thought that was cradilys eyes

  • Legendarykids on PBR online being trumped by a single pokemon. Smells like consistency. Good job WhiteKhakis!

  • @Marxtrainz9 It will fail.

  • How do you get a double egg move?

  • What happens if the opponent uses Taunt on this Cradily?

  • @Marxtrainz9 It starts using "Struggle" because it has no remaining attack moves. This is one of my favorite counters against this Cradily!

  • the awkward moment when you realize Cradily's eye is in its "mouth."

  • nice Cradily!

  • I remember when I had a match with a Cradily. It came down to my Balck Charizard and another guy's Cradily. I used Toxic on the Cradily, and spammed Flamethrower. About 2 turns later, the Cradily hit my Chiarizard with Toxic, but it was to late. The Damage cause by Flamthrower combined with the increasing Toxic damage took it out, but I applaud the trainer for stallinng long enough to bring both to a one on one Toxic fight

  • Truly uber

  • your only weakness is taunt, if you have a pokemon who uses mean look or block or something and then taunt, cradily is finished.

  • Just one move would stop that cradily, that move is called... taunt

  • @PinheirinhoForever Well in that case instead of barrier and amnesia you could use stockpile and have at least one move lol but im not sure if it would still be bulky enough

  • IMO best 3 to have in single is Cradily, Bronzong and Dusknoir with right evs and movesets!

  • my cradily have:

    Toxic

    Protect

    Earthquake

    Amnesia

is this a good moveset for my cradily?

  • Does anybody know what the EV spread is on this Cradily?

  • @TheGeco89 I believe it's:

    Nature: Calm

    HP: 24

    Att: 12

    Def: 30

    SpA: 22

    SpD: 26

    Speed: 26

  • cradily is sucha beast. easily my favorite of all the fossil pokemon

  • I only have a lileep

  • How did you get recover&barrier on Cradily? Since you can only get recover from Corsola and barrier from Tentacruel? ...I'm just having no lucky trying to figure out the breeding chain for getting both of those move breed onto Cradily.

  • Raise spec. defense, then poison the foe's pokemon and wait and see how those pokemons slowly die ... best strategy ever ! and just in case, there's recover too xD

  • The amount of patience required to use Cradily like that... I couldn't do it. So many stat changes and waiting for Toxic to do it's job? I'd go insane. XD I applaud you.

  • can someone tell me how to use lv 100s legendaires on wi-fi battle ty

  • You could replace both barrier and amnesia with stockpile? Then you can have space for an attack. Or you could use ingrain, rest, toxic and barrier. But that move set doesn't have an attack. You could even use the move set I just said, but instead of ingrain, you could rock slide? I used a Careful nature for a Cradily like this one.

  • dude, this is the craziest battle strategy ive ever seen!

    YOU ROCK. :D

  • I think I found a new favorite. >:3 Cradily is so cuddly too!

  • I think I found a new favorite. >:3

  • Dull as dishwater.

  • Your pokemon are interesting you use the pokemon i "would" have used if i didnt choose Torterra cause i choose pokemon through out the game to keep depending what my starter is.(which i switched Torterra for Dialga when i got near the Pokemon Leadge since my teams main weakness was flying and i always pick grass cept for Black and white im gonna get Daikenki or something like that.)

  • staller XD

  • oops barrier is the same xD sorry about that

  • if that cradily could learn iron defence he should be the best

  • wow u fight like me i beef up the pokemon and destroy um with other moves like that

  • great defence

  • I always thought that those swirls on it's head were it's eyes. Until i saw the actual eyes blink in it's "Mouth". Now I feel ackward.

  • Can I copy ur cradilys moves to my own?

  • they made cradily after that monster from mario that looks like cradily

  • Why did'nt you learn cradily better moves? This sucks

  • wow i hate uber user, they juist thing they can beat you with some of the best pokemon, well my team could pwn them easily

  • i'm suprised your opponet didn't give in.

  • fear the barnacle!!!!!

  • u shud give cradily a stockpile instead so it can attack toooz

  • m8 wot is ur friend code i wanna battle u as soon as i get my wireless connector back. thx

  • Cradily is badass.

People say he looks funny-I think he looks badass.

People say he isn't a good pokemon- He's shown me hes badass.

People say Cradily is weak- My Cradily never dies (Leech Seed+Leftovers+Ingrain=Pwn)

This video inspired me to make a Cradily, and it's soooo awesome so far :D

  • this just goes to show that you can't win with strength alone XD

  • i think i figured something bettter. stock pile and swallow should work, its just a tad less convenient. then teach earthquake to deal with poison and steel.

  • This is really weird, I'm always used to seeing people boosting attack, evasion or speed. I've used Cradily myself when I played Pokemon games and would like to think my teams would do better, but I never fought someone who just raised defense and used NO direct attacks.(outside of computer players)

  • lol, that will teach that noob that you don't need to use "Ubers" to win. and you don't only win by attacking but with skill too.

  • well....very nice wall bro

  • Stockpile and Swallow could replace Barrier, Amnesia AND recover, freeing up a slot for Energy Ball or Double Team, even though Stockpile has less of an effect.

  • How did you teach your cradily moves as recover and barrier?

  • No offense but you have a very ugly trainer.

  • No offense, but "no offense" does not excuse a person when they disregard their stated intent and proceed to attack/insult another.

That said, the trainer isn't trying to look pretty. If anything, I was going for something incongruous in appearance.

  • @WhiteKhakis It's the truth though.

  • @WhiteKhakis

    Well put :)

The amount of comments floating around like that just bothers me.

  • @WhiteKhakis Being that the trainer isn't YOU, why would something like that be regarded as an insult? It sounds like humor to me.

  • @WhiteKhakis mass effect quote: why is that when someone says no offense or with all due respect they really mean kiss my ass. lol

  • @royaldoofus Funny I am lesbian =) Stupid little boy..

  • Comment removed

  • @royaldoofus Really? Your not a boy?

  • @PokemonCharge it may look ugly but its pretty cool

  • This is awkward, all you do is raise your stats besides the toxic

  • Yeah, pretty much. That's the idea behind this Cradily anyway, to draw out the battles which people with teams of strong attacking (and little else) Pokemon were used to winning in 3-5 turns. The whole idea was to show these people that you can't win out all the time like that.

  • @WhiteKhakis yup, i can agree with that, i have been in the same sorta situation, but i was using hypno...evil pokemon

  • @WhiteKhakis ya, I used to beat people on this game real easily like, 1 hit killing all of their pokemon when they had lvl 50s just like me lol

  • @WhiteKhakis I fought a cradily like yours before. It was my suicune against a cradily with toxic, recover, barrier, and amnesia. just kept using calm mind, resting when I started taking a lot of poison damage (and toxic loses 2 pp on pokemon with pressure) and chipping away at it with surf and ice beam while waiting for recover and toxic to run out of pp

  • @WhiteKhakis This was sort of boring because I didn't get to what happened at the end. Also, I see two flaws in your cradily, if it was the last pokemon of yours being used, it could become crushed due to taunt and Struggle recoil. Also, how would you counter steels and poisons if Cradily happens to be your last pokemon? Just curious

  • @WhiteKhakis Huh, neat, my Cradily is used to stall by gaining Health, ye old Ingrain, Toxic, Protect and Giga drain technique

  • Cradily is Awesome.

    Beating legendary-peoples is awesome.

    This vid is awesome.

I love Cradily, so, what's a good moveset? Should I go with the one shown in the video?

  • If you want to be stomped when you face Steel/Poison pokemon, sure. This Cradily was made simply to deal with the onslaught of Sweeper teams that were all over the place at the start of PBR. I'd suggest having at least one way of attacking on your Pokemon, honestly - or maybe you can find some way to make this moveset better!

  • @WhiteKhakis I would give Cradily Stockpile, which raises Defense and Special Defense at the same time. Then you would get an extra moveslot.

  • @WhiteKhakis Yea but the combo you got with cradily is pretty cool but if you want to wait out damage him like in this video it'd be better to have these moves. toxic for burn damage like you have, recover in case you really need health, stockpile because it increases DEF and SP DEF, finally last confuse ray it speeds up the pain.

  • Nice battle your Cradily is really awsome

  • Nice battle dude

  • how to get whit legendary pokemon in a wifi battle

  • I'm grew tired with trainers whose team consisted of ubers. Winners win with their favourite, I've seen a video where beautifly sweep the entire team. Love it WhiteKhakis, I'm inspired to train a Cradily on my own, thanks!

  • Heh, okay! Try not to make him TOO annoying, though! I made this guy extra-specially obnoxious in the drawn out way he attacks. It was because of how most all the people in the early days of PBR had teams consisting of entirely strong Pokemon with strong attack moves. It got boring pretty quickly... so I made this guy to counteract them.

Now that things have gotten a bit more varied, I rarely use Cradily. (He's kinda dull for the USER as well, y'know?)

  • @WhiteKhakis Yes, I too sometimes grow tired with the current team I had. Maybe I spent too much time training those. Need something to uplift the mood. Malaysian are too fond of using Ubers, now there's nothing to scare of that. I beat Giratina with Sharpedo.

  • Cradily is without a doubt the best Fossil pokemon. He kicks some serious ass with Toxic

  • wow deoxys is hyper.

  • well giratina doesn't seem to be natured/EV'd correctly anyways, judging by the fact that after you'd raised your SPECIAL Defense only, Shadow Force still didn't kill you.

  • amnesia is a +2 so not like it would have mattered much anyways

  • Comment removed

  • I want to take a guess, but maybe because none of the opponents pokemon had ITEMS

And when you see a giratina with SHADOW FORCE you know its not properly trained. so Taking the opportunity to shrug off a weak shadow fore in order to raise his sp. defense for the rigors of mewtwo was smart.

  • i have been waiting forever to see someone use a cradily so well as a wall, and this was amazing. i would prefer to baton bass barrier/amnesia to cradily to give an extra slot for ancientpower/giga drain, but that works better for 6v6. perfect battle kudos to you :D

  • Yeah, this dude was just an over-the-top experiment to repel all the SOLELY sweeping teams that were floating about early on. As long as they didn't have a poison or steel type, all was good. (Which, other than Dialga, I didn't really have to worry from these people.)

  • one weezing and youre screwed lol. haze.

i hate legendary sweepers with a passion!

  • fossal vs acient legends epic match dude

  • toxic and protect, and all they'll fall >:D

  • your so damn patient in this game!

  • what nature is your cradily?

  • He's calm. Boosts Special Defense, lowers Attack.

  • your are so lucky to get to play pokemon battle revolution well im not even so

  • when those it learn amnesia?

  • Cradily learns Amnesia at level 29.

  • hey pokemon platino is compatible with pokemon battle revolution

  • nice battle, i have those pokemon too

  • (Gotta catch them all!)

  • Comment removed

  • is this multiplayer game?

    what's a platform ?

  • wii

it has wifi capabilities (aka, online :D)

its been around for a few years

  • lol this noob had no idea what was going on probably

  • Get a cradily with curse and amnesia. After you gained some stats you can absorb every move and 1 shot your opponent at the same time.

  • Sounds a bit more flexible, definitely. Drop Toxic and stick in a strong attacking move and you could get things done. Although, without Barrier it may be hard setting up against Fighting types.

  • cradily, is the most evil pre-historic plant, ever made, EVER >_> EVVVVVEEEEEEERRRRR

  • Cradily is a good solid pokemon , but i still have a soft spot for Kabutops :P

  • i love cradily <3

  • why did u seek 4 it then MORAN!...! !..!

  • cradily might look like a doofy pokemon but it fucking cool

  • don't cha just love it when you pwn someone online who thinks legendary pokemon guarantee them a win with "regulars"? :D

  • @tiyoy48 actually, i used to 1 hit kill every pokemon I saw with my dialga... no matter what pokemon the other person used lol >.>

  • viciaos k no salis de kasa pa juar a esta paja de juego verguenza os tendria k dar

  • cradily is ROCK+GRASS......if giratina got ICE TYPE skill......CRADILY sure lose...anyway..... newbie skill.....

  • Super effective isnt everything (except if its 4x damage) My blastoise took an energy ball from arceus and it didnt do ev half.

  • i'm surprised cradily stayed in for long because if the giratina had fly it could have killed it

  • fly = normal on Cradily.

  • nice yideo i wish i had your pokemon iolny have mu -fu and drapeon

  • Heatran or Scizor Destroy You... tsc tsc... Poor Tatics...

  • Cradily isn't a serious Pokemon... it was created solely to mess with people who made teams that consist entirely of strong attacking Pokemon with only strong attack moves.

There were loads of these back when PBR first came out, so I figured I'd give them the hardest time possible by absorbing all of their attacks and slowly killing them off.

  • Spam OU pokes are lame. tsc tsc, your lame.

  • WHY is it that everyone chooses waterfall Colosseum, it's good and all' but i get sick of seeing things for the OVER 9000!!!11!!!1th time

  • ...I dunno, is that the usual? Maybe you've just been very unfortunate and keep selecting videos that display the stage.

  • yeah, maybe. But still, 9000!!!!

  • Also, I bet the guy with the legendaries is one of those "Stat moves suck" people.

  • Hell yeah Cradily. I love that prehistoric plant.

  • deoxys looked like a zombie

  • Legendary teams bug me, its like they only play to win and don't even use pokemon they like.

  • ok dude whats so bad about using legendary teams what fi those r the pokemon they like and want to use them it isnt a bad thing idk y you all get mad over a legendary team its just a team like any other team so it dosent matter

  • unlucky if they had a steel pokemon

  • i think if the opponent had a steel type he wouldn't have sended out cradily

  • yuuytyuy9tfc

  • o, or a crit, that screws me over when im boosting def.

  • When you fight online, it automatically sets them to 50, regardless of what level they were originally.

  • swords dance cradily....never knew how useful it could be.

  • It's kinda the opposite of that. But I guess that's what you're saying.

  • and i thought cradily was weird.

  • not to mention hard to train when it was a lileep

  • PBS its a good way to experiance different people using different pokemon in different ways, this video is proof that any pokemon, if trained the right way, can win against any pokemon.

  • Sure, a lot of the game is surprising your opponent or outpredicting them. Everything's on a smaller scale too, with 3vs3, making it so that it's harder to have a counter for everything on your team.

  • dunno

  • i wonder oh and my team iz lucario lv.88 pikachu lv.69 girintina lv.71 dialga lv.57 darkirai lv. 42 arceus lv.47 yes i use cheats ^.^

  • Comment removed

  • maybe

  • im waaaaaay tougher then a ton of people + i have mew2 and arceus

  • ppppoooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeeeemmmmmmmmmmmoooooooooonnnn

  • does it gives 6vs.6 ? even i like it more

  • You can 6vs6 against friends in this game, not random Wi-Fi.

  • ok... i got iron head too and that works against them

  • the more i think about it... the more i think that Scizor can clear this pokemon out really quickly... specially with X-scissor

  • its haf rock

  • anything wit brick break would kill this thang

  • anything steel type would stop it in its tracks...

  • A Brick Breaking Lucario it is. :D

  • LOL :D

  • i wouldnt use brick break unless you need to break a light screen or reflect... id prefer a hammer arm

  • Brick Break also breaks barrier. I'm almost certain.

  • No?! Really?!

  • Brick... Break? I'd be more afraid of stronger moves, but even then usually a defense up is enough to withstand the force.

(Brick Break does not take down Defense/Sp. Defense Boosts, it takes out things like Barrier and Reflect.)

  • Exactly, your Cradily is using Barrier. So it shatters the defence boosts.

  • Whoops. Typo. I meant to say Light Screen and Reflect - the shield moves that halves damage. Barrier/Defense Curl/Amnesia/etc. aren't affected by Break Break. Even if they were, it wouldn't be too much of a biggie for Cradily.

  • taunt = bye cradily

  • Correct-a-mundo.

  • i was thinking a registeel with seismic toss. guess it would be a stall battle. if you could be asked to go on for that long.

  • Yeah, but not too many plan on using taunt especially if they don't know their opponents strategy at the start...

  • Heh, I have one of the same moveset. Doesn't work on steel or poison types, though.

  • im saving up for battle revolution and ima get platinum and put my platinum team onto battle revolution! this is gonna be my team:

    Sonic the Arcanine

    Crashbang the Tyranitar

    Triangle the Glaceon

    Creeper the Gengar

BFD the Dragonite (BFD - Big Friendly Dragon)

    Ace the Noctowl

  • My Team is mainly this set

    -Charron [Garchomp]

    -Athena [Gardevour]

    -Hades [Tyranitar]

    -Achillies/Archillies [Gallade]

    -Loki [Walrein]

-Macc {Magcargo] P.S i know some of the Names i chose are Gods/ Goddess from greek and 1 from Nord, i just like the names and the resone for teh Achillies/Archillies is becuse some like it with an R so i added it for ppl who want to comment on how i spelled it wrong -_-

  • I made a perfect combination with My Cradily and Blaziken

  • replace toxic with ancient power imo. use PP up on it.

it gives some descent damage and stat boosts ;D

  • what's the point?

Cradilys att wont be high enough to do dmg with it and it'll run out fast..

  • i said use PP up.

    and it was a suggestion.

i dont see a use in a cradily imo, other pokemon would fill its spot nicely

  • even with pp i assume it'll only be able to use 8 times -_-

  • isnt the max 5/5 and then pp adds 10?? or does it only add 1?

all i know is that in sapphire i used it on blizzard and then blizzard had 15/15

  • Awesome Cradily! It is soo cool!

  • once u pu tur pokemon on the game can u get them back?

  • The game only copies the Pokemon information over, you don't actually transfer them out of the original game - so no worries about that.

  • Will a Cradily learn Amensia or do i have to breed it into it?
