Well, considering its a spectated video, there is a latency differential. In spectated view, you will NEVER get to see the real-time aiming. I'm sure he's just damn good. None of the shots were body shots, instead headshots -- and uncharged head shots are pretty much insta kills (except on heavies)

I did research it. This video is showing something called Lag Compensation. It was recorded by someone else at a different computer, so it looked like he was missing when he was hitting. It's what you get when people have different pings, and live in different areas.. Why do you think we have mile long melee kills? It's not cheating, it's compensation.

So let me get this straight you are trying to diagnose an aim-bot from an stv clip :P idiots. Also the medic and 2 sollies were arguably the easier shots since jumping like that is easily predictable. The demo and scout were just not moving. Just because you aren't able to snipe doesn't mean others aren't.
