I love this demo, makes it look easy when the wind is from behind you and quite strong. The how not to do it is funny ha ha! This week I was hauling my sail from the water and that is so energy draining but the wind was towards the shore. Anyway it's the first time I used my board for a long time.

ok well i figured out you have to surf a different style to have little or no fin... so you will be better off waterstarting. :D good luck!

don't say that. It's very difficult to learn but once you get used to the balancing and everything it's great.

Yeah i know... when you finally did it the feeling is amazing!! But then again, right now it's just hard to put the sail upwards..

yeah i understand that. I only started windsurfing last year, but my parents both said my progress was amazing, I learned to balance but i didnt learn to actually steer it for a while, once i got the hang of that everything else sorta falls into perspective.

LOL It's hard, where he is it's fine but when the beaches are steeper, trust me its hard. I just got back from windsurfing in cape cod. The wind in cape cod was so intense my back was skidding across the water and only the back 2 feet of the board with the skag were in the water, the rest of the board was up out of the water. So much fun haha

it's a 12ft sail i believe, not quite sure. And i'm not quite sure how many knots either, but if i were to ballpark it it'd be about 25 to 30. But don't it against me lol.
