...he stayed up all night, drinking, and did not get a shave either...maybe he was, well, consorting with the profesional ladies of Paris to put himself in the mood for this?...
i listen to an interview by hamelin.. he did transcribe this by ear BUT with the help of a software called AMAZING SLOW DOWNER.. it can slow music down until about 20% without changing the pitch...
Hamelin's live performances are always pushed in this way !! xD His performance for Weissenberg's Provocation de Samba can even cause a fire, I think...
when is this guy going to publish the score for this.>>"

I'm almost certain this was written by Charles Trenet, not Weissenberg. Or was this arranged by Weissenberg?

@AcePro Yes, you're correct! Trenet arr. Weissenberg.

@tomekkobialka You don't need PP to transcribe this... it just may take a bit longer.

Today we see a vintage video of Rubinstein playing "La Campanella" and we think -Oh, I wish I was born in that time to listen to that...
I think that in future times, there will be people thinking the same about Hamelin. Well, I don't think it, it's just for sure.
Greetings :)
