My uncle was in this band. He won a juno (which is still located in my grandparent's home). He is a bit difficult to see. He usually plays the banjo, but in this song, he is playing the tambourine behind the frontman.
Just saw these guys tonight for the first time - going again tomorrow night to St. James Hall in Vancouver, BC - great place for performances. Rocked the house great! Their new horn players are incredible!
The Paperboys came through Humboldt County twice in 2001 and 2002 playing at Cafe Tomo. I got the band to sign a copy of their Molinos CD that one a Juno - Canada's equivalent of the Grammies.
A marvelous band combining Latin, Celtic, and just good ol' plain folk. They are very popular in Vancouver, B.C., Seattle, and Portland.
Thanks for posting this, I'm collecting a list of nice venues to see bands like this: This would not be one of them! Could you mention the locale so I don't go there. I can do better with myt money than support the surly scowling security types! Thanks!! And if you know KC please let her know the coonskin cap would be a better look for her!
Thanks, just back from Wintergrass and wiil try to catch thw PBs at Tractor T next time. Glad to have any info about any venues, particularly poor ones as I don't want to waste travel $ on disappointing venues. Glad to do the same if you ever venture down here. Tom N.
The security guys are acting like their doing security for a rap concert.

They come to Seattle often and play at the Tractor Tavern and there aren't ever any grumpy security guards there like that goober.
