My concern is that ukip is not overly progressive. They have a great common sense approach to things and are embracing the younger generation ie the future however their stance on global warming is slightly alarming. Alternative energy and a decrease on overseas oil the cause of most modern wars can only be a good thing. Also what is their stance on Britain becoming a greater space faring nation? Furthermore i want to know if ukip will be the party that looks after small businesses.

I think that the real point is that we are being screwed by few because the many won't get off their ass and pay attention to whats going on. They are in the line for a roller coaster ride too hell. @theonethatthinks hmm... tolerance is one thing but it is two way - they need to understand that in our culture (as well as most in the modern world) find that full veil to be sinister and freightening... for security puposes they should remove their veils in banks, airports etc just as the rest... we have situation where kids are demonised and can't wear hoodies or hats in malls whereas other groups can be totally covered in black cos of sensitivity to their custom - tricky situation though...

If the EU costs 39 million pounds a day divided by British population of 62 million =0.62p per person per day to a annual bill of £226 per person. Well you might not think thats as bad as people make out but take away all the unemployed and people on benefits. Pensioners and every child who i can assure you im not discriminating against. The true cost of that sum means the total has but nearly doubled. What a waste of income tax.

Appalled by the leftist policies of Labour, got myself a British citizenship so that i can vote at the next general elections. Since the Torries do not guarantee enough freedoms and departure from socialism i will be casting my vote for a libertarian party like UKIP. I see we have misunderstood the concept of the multi-culti-faulty, it's built on multi-e t h n i c i t y. Too different ethnic people living in a common society.
The problem with integration is the multi-culti-faulty, always has always will be.
To stop ghettoizing your country, you must repatriate ghetto-quality people.

Why do you wish that he was a Tory leader? If you like Nigel farage and UKIP policies, then why not vote for UKIP; why remain faithful to a certain party over another. Just vote for who you agree with.

because ukip do not stand for election where i live. the tory party in my view are the strongest anti euro party at the moment. i wish ukip luck because i like their politics and id much rather see power going to ukip and the torys. ukip have a great chance now that labour is terminally ill

@thatcheritescot Trust me. The current Tory leadership is not anti-EU, with the possible exception of William Hague, but even he is muzzled by Cast Iron Dave and his chums.
There are plenty of real, classic liberal Tories on the back benches but they are being squeezed out by the Blue Labour leadership.

I can't believe people accuse UKIP of being a racist party I highly agree with all of UKIP's ideas. Freedom, Independence and Democracy all thigs I support and all things that UKIP has shown to me it follows
