For the Revlon foundation, can you put loose powder on top? I checked it out in Boots today and it's soo luminous and I am worried weather the loose powder on top will dampen down that effect and defeat the purpose of the foundation! I usually wear loose powder on top to soften the look of the blusher (I use cream blusher) and make it look less harsh. Any ideas anyone?
