  • I can't wait to try this circle thing when I get home tonite. Good fun for the whole family?

  • Why didn't they take the little girl and the butler into the circle?

  • Christopher Lee is a fantastic actor not like that one dimensional effeminate wind bag Vincent Price.

  • Hahahaha hilarious spider scene.

  • England is a weird place....

  • @ptm5150 You just HAVE to be American to make such a stupid comment.

  • @WENGERGOONER So why is it stupid?

  • @WENGERGOONER and you have to be stupid for not seeing that he didnt say anything bad... omg dumbfucks take everything too seriously.

  • Darling, let's *not* have your Uncle Nicholas and his friends back, next holiday.

  • @caitsidhe hahahaha, great comment!

  • WOW.... really great scene....

  • Christopher Lee excels in this role - as a european aristocrat he was born to play de richaleu and invests the character with eruditon, dignity and intensity. The other two roles that belong to him are Scaramanga and Saruman. He was also quite good as Dracula.

  • I know it's probably made up on the spot, but out of curiosity does anyone know what is written in the circle that Christopher Lee draws?

  • 1:22 he's a good Christian comforting her by putting his hand on her boobs!

  • Richard you are the weakest!! link goodbye!!

  • AHHHHH! Quick, somebody get a giant shoe to slam on top of that demon arachnid!

Why aren't they allowed to eat or drink anything except water? Do they ever explain that?

  • @heartseed I think it refers to the religious ritual of fasting, in which you eat little or none at all in order to be more open to holy visions. A number of religions do this.

  • @heartseed Fasting is supposed to purify the soul. It's probably a precaution to keep the dark forces at bay.

  • "This movie may have been made in 1968, but Dennis had written so much since after the war, just about any was a best seller."

  • Here Chris Lee is a good guy, but sometimes he's really evil like in Dracula.

He can play either part just as well.

  • Is it just me or is the score in this movie really loud?

  • @pariantaloszy what's the difference to movies today? Oh yeah, the new movies have ultra loud pop music to push some lousy top 40 kid sales on the charts, and this simply has full bodied

orchestra music to enhance the scare factor. Yes, very loud, but in context!

  • A classic scene. I caught this on tv when i was a kid and it frightened the crap out of me!

  • most famous scene in this movie ... one of the 100 scariest movie of all time.
