Honestly, it's all luck. Besides on "The Last Encore" tour, where you paid big money to meet her & Noami (but it went to St. Judes) I know her manager, and have just been lucky the last time. For me to sing with her, was a dream come true. It was 25 years in the making. Honestly, just look around. Depends on the venue and also her mood. Sometimes she does come out of her bus, if you're allowed back there. Good Luck!

@jerswift2002 Sony Cyber Shot, not sure of the model, have to look it up, it's the newest one, I had my professional cameras with me, since they were allowed. Yeah, I had section 98 seating, and ummm, since you were there, I'm the girl who sang for her! I have amazing pictures, and more videos, but the other videos were taken with my old camera, not one of my professional ones. I have to upload them, yet. ;-)
