  • You have too shoot the enemies gun as well as yours.

  • So which rifle would you rather have if you were injured and limited to the use of only one hand? By use I mean; change an empty magazine for a loaded magazine, chamber a round and fire effectively.

  • Aren't ak's russian weapons? Why are they in Iran?

  • @GuruGulu AK is a russian weapon but the AK is also produced in Iran

  • I would mutch rather have the AK than a pos m4.

  • Is that AK from a dead taliban you shot lol?

  • @MrZnoopie Don't think he was killed, the weapon was just confiscated at a checkpoint. And this was in Iraq, no Taliban there.

  • @tbeller80 Have you boys got the new camo yet?

  • Is the usage of non-standard equipment so frequent that training with them is regularly scheduled, or are you guys just going by the "better safe than sorry" route?

(sorry if the question sounds idiotic, but I had to ask it)

  • @Gunner193 Not an idiotic question. The weapons we used in that video were captured on the battlefield and that day on the range was an opportunity, not a regular thing. Some of us had brief familiarization training just before we deployed, but its not standard nor is it universal.

  • Why our troops are trained with the AK: (Scenario) Standard M4 or AR15 somehow fails or no more ammo for such. Still plenty of enemies around. Plenty of AKs though too. Pick up one and the pwnage from training continues. *win* :)

  • my son shuts better than this faggets

  • guys feel now like a real man! fuck yeah! lo-lol

  • They stole The Ak's of 6 Taliban members

  • hey i think they are useing those aks wrong. the gun is ment to be sprayed randomly from the hip. these guys are using the iron sights and aiming wich is not right. =)

  • whats your fucking problem? in these areas the ak74 isnt used unless its the smg version since its older and cheaper and i dont think the us army would buy modern russian warfare and the wooden 74 is also older if used by the military because the citzens when they buy the gun can choose the model. its bassicly the same buying a golden ak47 that stangely its quite popular.

  • this is Ak m 74)

  • @TheDeus05 it is an ak47, an akm74 doesnt have wooden stock and grip

  • @Daferpare umm are you also retarded?

you're just as likely to see wooden grips on an ak74 type rifle as you are on an ak47 type rifle.

  • @TheDeus05 are you fucking retarded? the ak74 type weapon has far less recoil and looks very different, its quite a bit smaller and thinner. try to watch the video first and then comment

  • The ak 47 is the perfect mankind made

  • AK-47 THE BEST AUTOMATIC DEVICE IN THE WORLD!!!

  • Guys, whenever you talk about guns, DO NOT USE COD as an source of gun knowledge. It's a damn crappy game where all bullets shoot straight like lazers.

  • @BodethIII Hey man, COD isn't a documentary, no one is stupid enough to use it as a source of "gun knowledge" they just go to wikipedia.

  • @maddymouse46

lol you would be surprised man as to how many people think using a weapon in COD is more or less equivalent to IRL.

Kinda like how people call 911 because they locked themselves in their car or that mcdonald's isn't serving breakfast.

  • @ThatOGDon AHAHAHAHAHA true true

  • Y is the M16 that bad ?!!!!!!!

  • damn look at all that gear and they still can't beat the Taliban who are untrained people

  • What do you soldiers prefer, the AK or the M4?

If you can chose the weapon you want to go to combat (forget that if you use an AK you can be killed by friendly troops...), do you take your regular gun or AK?

  • @JRAD7407 Thanks!

    One for the M4.

  • @JRAD7407 while your asking i wanna add to this, why? is it just because you were trained with it?

  • @desertboy7212 yeah and i like the handling of it better

  • @JRAD7407 cool. im to young to now but ive been considering joining the army as an infintryman.

  • @desertboy7212 nice im in air force special operations

  • @JRAD7407 thats cool im only 14 and im an only child so none of my family wants me to join but i seriously dont know what im going to do with my life and i heard the military is always needing people sooo yea

  • @desertboy7212 yeah its a good way to go im in air force special operations and its really hard to get into and you have to train a lot but i love it

  • Loos like fun to me !!

  • arent you guys supposed to pursue the sound of an ak being fired because its possibly a hostle enemy?

  • @wiremuwalker I'd be worried about a friendly enemy...

  • I'm thinking of getting a Bulgarian ak47 with wood stock or a Romanian ak47 made with plastic stock was going to get an AR15 but that shit way the fuck to expensive lol

  • @ak907jk I'd get a SGL21 or a MAK-90.

  • take care guys...

  • anything beats a rock any given day!

  • How does the AK 47 compare to the M4 or M16?

  • @moefapie only thing similar between them is they both shoot bullets :)

  • @moefapie

ak 47 more powerfull, and m4, m16 are more accurate

  • @MegaWarboss depends on what you define power as... technically the 7.62x39 makes bigger hole and goes through the body without stopping but the 5.56x45 goes through a body spinning rapidly tearing up everything inside and sometimes stops inside causing worse damage. so which has more power, large entrance and exit or small entrance and massive internal wound

  • @sweetswantonbombs i myself prefer 7.62x39mm mainly because if theres a group of individuals i could travel trough couple people with one round so therefore spraying helps not only but if they were behind walls or in vehicles theres an advantage........i my self own a romy G and have more respect for ak-47 because i ve watched plenty ar-15s jam...{not sure if same reliability as m4 to ar soo}

  • @emerik12345 It depends on the kind of AR. Most civilian ARs aren't mil spec so they are only built up to standards to the range. A mil spec AR will not jam up as easily. I have an LMT AR which is mil spec and it has never jammed up on me. I haven't cleaned it since i got it as well lol.

  • I always wondered this, but never got time to ask about it: What you guys do with these guns when you're done playing with 'em?

  • beautiful rilfes the kalashnikovs are

  • Best quality ever

  • I'd rather use a bolt action springfield m1903 rifle than an ak 47 lol

  • @JTWilliams74 What the fuck is wrong with you?

  • @ShadeStalker1915 What? lol because of my personal preference there is something wrong with me? Sorry but your comment confuses me.

  • @JTWilliams74 You'd rather take a .30-03 combat-outdated bolt action rifle, than a 7.62x39 modern avtomat that can put more rounds downrange than you can with the bolt action? I didn't mean to be so mean, but dude, what the hell?

  • @ShadeStalker1915 Actually it was 30-06 and yes I'd much prefer it because I like hitting the target lol, however could I choose any weapon I wanted I'd take either a TAR-21 or an AUG A3. If I couldn't have a bullpup I'd take an M16A4 or G36, but never would I willingly use an AK 47 if I could choose any other modern assault rifle.

  • @JTWilliams74 Original models of the Springfield 1903 were chambered in .30-03 to replace the .30-40 Krag.

  • Also, really? An AK-47? Not an AKM? To be honest, AK-47's are rare unless you're in a post Soviet country. I think you mean an AKM. What these guys are firing.

  • @ShadeStalker1915 I'm talking an AK 47, the AK 47 is still widely used by many criminals/terrorist groups as well as in countries like Finland. Of all modern assault rifles the AK 47 is the last one I would willingly choose.

  • @JTWilliams74 No. The AK 47 isn't mass used. The AK-47 is an outdated design, and rifle that's not used as much.

The AKM, which so many people call the 'AK-47' (But isn't) is what you'd trust your life with. Not the 47. 'Less you really want to get killed.

  • CoD should take note that THIS is what an AK should sound like!

  • Not half bad modelling with an AK47. Should be a substitute gun.

  • now with every russian happy meal :D

  • why is everyone comparing the M16 vs AK47 ? They are both amazing pieces of equipment there own ways the m16 is extremely light and accurate. The AK 47 is very powerful and not quite as accurate as an AR 15 class weapon it is still very accurate. the AK 47 can be buried in the ground abandoned for a year, dug up and you can cycle the bot and it will fire. If your a rebel of some sort you want an AK 47 if your a soldier you probably want an AR class weapon.

  • can u actually drink from a Hydration System Carrier?

  • @MasterFuck3000 Are you serious?

  • @metaldude18

yes...i have to idea about military gear

  • @MasterFuck3000 The carrier is meant to hold the Camelback. You can stick the tube from the Camelback through the top and drink like that.

  • @metaldude18

amazing. i bet there is a civilian version of it, so youll be provided with beer during a football game? dont need to make it for civs anyway, you cant kill people with it, or can you?

  • your sgt has some of the longest arms I've ever seen

  • AK47s are pretty powerful, but I get the idea that they have heavy recoil. That's just me watching this video though, I'm sure your experience with the weapon is more accurate than what I said =3

  • I dont understand how soldiers have magazine pouches on their BACKS. You can't reach back there so whats the point?

  • @shadowanddarkness If you're referring to the soldier on the left, that's his first aid kit.

  • @tbeller80 Theres multiple pouches. But still doesn't answer the question of why its on his back if he can't reach it.

  • @shadowanddarkness The standard practice is if you're wounded, someone else will treat you using your stuff. The large pouch on his back left looks like his first aid kit, and the pouch on his back right looks like his canteen. Our aid kits are rather bulky and it's hard to find a good place to put them where they don't stick out. Mine is just below my left elbow in the video as I'm shooting and I end up resting my arm on it a lot.

  • @tbeller80 I agree, back is bad placement of it. bc if your buddy goes down with 2 chest wounds for ex you gonna need some of your kit to patch him up till the doc/medic/medevac gets to him! and if you IFAK is on the back he cant reach it while your suffering on the ground!

  • @tbeller80 does it punch alot than an m16?

  • @shadowanddarkness Thoughs are equipment packs.

  • holy shit that looks fuckin awesome

  • Oh man.... I just wish mine was automatic!!!! US legal WASR-10 Romanian has to do for now till I move to Siberia. lol Stay safe guys! thanks for the video.

  • Oh man.... I just wish mine was automatic!!!! US legal WASR-10 Romanian has to do for now till I move to Siberia. lol Stay safe guys! thanks for the video.

  • I fought in Desert Storm in 1990/91, and when you are fired upon by an AK47 you certainly know it....

  • @JackMahhogoff Its really that strong huh? Thats crazy man. Thanks for serving.

  • @OrignialThief It has a very distinctive sound when fired fully auto...and the tracers are green as opposed to our red tracers. It was my honor...

  • @JackMahhogoff haha seriously desert storm? or are you just kidding?

  • @SupKidGtfo I don't kid about serving my country...

  • Firing an Ak47... thats a paddlin.

  • hey why were you guys doing this?

  • @lazarevic95 Familiarizing soldiers with enemy weapons. Generally, we only get to handle those weapons if we capture them. In this case we had several weapons and lots of ammo that either had to be used or destroyed.

  • @tbeller80 Do you ever have the option to use an enemy weapon you found primarily for every day so long as you find ammo for it and sling your 5.56 on your back, or do they confiscate it from you?

  • Damn, American soldiers look badass

  • its funny how every1 is talking about guns but like 75% have nota clew what there saying they just talk.

  • GO ARMY HUA!

  • how can u tell if its an ak-47 or an ak-74?

  • @BigMaMaDawg magazine usually, 74 has less of a curve in it.

  • Love that sound! Our soldiers should be using AK's instead of the shitty AR's!

  • @RantinAndRavin are you kidding? First of all they are not accurate at all due to the heavy recoil. Second, can you modify an ak like you can an m-16? I dont think you can turn an ak into a grenade launcher like you can with the m-16. Not even to mention the 5.56 X 45 mm round is more deadly than the 7.62x39mm. The 5.56 will tumble in the body and can exit in a completely different area of the body. Not to mention when shot in the chest the shock produces a whole the size of a basketball for a

  • @Mrjalapenothethird Go play with your gay AR,if you can afford one and not on welfare that is,and shut the hell up..everyone knows AR fanboys are fags.

  • @Mrjalapenothethird the ak is accurate, its just not as accurate as the m16; you just used to seeing morons fire it at US military, you can def put a grenade launcher on an ak, you can also put a rail system on it. that is all the m16 has on it to make it modifiable. just a rail system. its not possible to beat the ak performance in close to med range and still be in a small reliable user friendly package. maybe you should do research before posting, where did you learn your info from COD?

  • @blackhatch46 Personally, i do not own a playstation or an x-box nor have i ever even play COD. And what makes you think that my information is from COD. I can guarntee you that the information i stated is not mentioned in any video game. And what kind of gun would you want, one that is a little bit accurate or one that is more accurate? You basically proved my point right there. Also, like i said it shoots much further distances. If you

  • @blackhatch46 had an AK you would be killed by an m-16 before your bullet could even reach the shooter. Also, the rail system is not the only way the m16 is modifiable. Ever seen the modifiable that you can change the length with the push of a button? And to me it sounds like you need to do your research. The 5.56 bullet will fragment inside your body creating out of proportional damage to the caliber. There have been reports of someone being hit in the lower stomache and the exit wound being

  • @Mrjalapenothethird listen kid, my experience is i own both firearms nd i have been in the USMC for 7 years. yes you can put a collapsible stock on an AK i fucking have one!

  • @blackhatch46 That does not solve the distance, accuracy, heavy ammunition, and non-fragmenting bullet problems the ak has...

  • @Mrjalapenothethird Hornady produces a round for AK that fragments much more than 5.56.

  • @Fightnight92 is it a hollow point?

  • @assmonkey626 It is a ballistic polymer tip. You can see results of it on brassfetchers website and there is also some videos on Youtube.

  • @Fightnight92 sounds cool only thing is it would be illegal for military use.

  • @assmonkey626 It fragments AND penetrates SO much more than 5.56, type it in on youtube 5.56x45 V-max is called "TSX vs V-Max" and his 7.62x39 Vmax test is called "If this test was a Porn". Both rounds are the second to be tested in each video.

  • @Fightnight92 well i would assume so its a bigger bullet but in terms of military, 5.56 will always fragment where the 7.62 R wont. You can't use such bullets in a standard military cartridge because its illegal to have frangible bullets designed to expand or fragment in a similar fashion these "Hornady" bullets do. Therefore when speaking in terms of Military performance you cannot compare such rounds. But as a civilian or law enforcement it would, BTW i have seen similar Ammunition.

  • @assmonkey626 Correct that it's not optional with military. I like AK for defense.

  • @assmonkey626 And also hunting Ive killed deer with 7.62x39.

  • @Mrjalapenothethird you do know that the war in iraq is mostly close quarters, which means the ak has the upperhand.

  • @blackhatch46 out of their shoulder blade. Now what do you think does more damage a bullet that goes straight threw you or one that bounces around inside of you? Another benefit of the m-16 is while you may be able to carry a couple hundred rounds of the big 7.62 ammo, you can easily carry much more 5.56. Now, i dont know about you but i sure would like to have more ammo than my enemy. So your telling me you dont want an accurate, reliable, custamizable, long distant, and more deadly rifle?

  • @Mrjalapenothethird the comparison should be ak-74 vs m16 because they are similar. the ak47 is a completely different weapon.

  • @Mrjalapenothethird The 5.54 does not have more tumble than a 7.62. you couldnt be more wrong with that statement.

  • @tazer74 The 5.56...not 5.54...Does in fact tumble more than the 7.62 Soviet. It's a common trait with smaller rounds. Once the round hits the body, it destabilizes and begins to "spin" and "tumble" inside the body due to the sudden and sharp decrease in velocity. The 7.62 is heavier and travels slower than the 5.56, so the sudden decrease doesn't have as high of an impact on the bullet, thereby resulting in slightly less tumble.

  • @RantinAndRavin split second. Also, the 5.56 can reach much further than the 7.62x39mm . the 5.56 can reach easily to 550 meters while the 7.62x39mm is limited to around 350m. Another benefit of the M-16 (by the way its not an AR, they use the M-16, the AR is the semi-auto version of the m-16) is that ammo is much lighter, and our soldiers can carry many more rounds of the 5.56. All in all, ill let the terrorist keep the ak-47. its a great gun, but the m-16 is much better.

  • @Mrjalapenothethird There's a vid on youtube of a guy hitting 1000m with an M16. I've seen it done at the range as well. Love the M-16 platform

  • one click means the selector switch, one click is auto , 2 clicks would be semi auto

  • It is an AK-47, or at least it may as well have been.

From the tip it looks more like an AKM than an AK47 or 74

  • @altairaquila138 the tip looks the way it does because it is a muzzle break. which can be a part of any ak variant

  • It's the AK-74

  • @Uygur102

nah, look at the magizine curve. to curved to be a 74. The AK-74 uses a 5.45x39 mm round, so the magazine curves less than the AK-47's magazine

  • the recoil is not bad. if you can fire it accuratly you suck at shooting.

  • @strongdiddy uhm your talking to a us soldier. dont try and act tough you probably have never fired one in your life so dont talk crap

  • @sporeissick im sure that us souldier wouldnt have vids that you have

  • @sporeissick eww tuff guy.

  • @strongdiddy The ak isn't accurate in the first place, and correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't shooting accurately make you GOOD at shooting? Reread what you wrote..

  • @iluvswatermelon i hold 2 in groups with my ak at 100m. id say thats plenty accurate for a battle rifle.

  • 0:49 feel the music

  • In Russia, the AK47 fires you.

  • @XJohnnyStoneX its realoads u , ussually

  • @XJohnnyStoneX in russia ak-47 fires Donald trump

  • @XJohnnyStoneX

in the idiocratic usa AK-47 fuck u

  • @XJohnnyStoneX

Russian soldiers have never killed Americans.

Dude, do not write more nonsense.

  • @MrSrgj you dont get the joke idoit.

  • @XJohnnyStoneX idoit?

  • @stanleythedoggy Just shut up?

  • @DeeJee040 just calm down

  • @MrSrgj lol dont get the joke.

  • @MrSrgj Yes they have. Look up the North Russia Invervention of 1918, when the US, UK, Canada, and France came to the aid of the Russian White Army. The good guys prevailed and the allied Capitalist pig dogs were defeated.

  • @MrSrgj sorry, I do not mean to butt in on your discussion on here, but I just wanted to correct the record. It is now known that the Russians aided the North Koreans in the Korean war fighting against the South Korea and the US. The Russians actually were heavily involved in combat. So, the Russians and the Americans probably killed a little bit of each other in that war.

  • @TVZombie3000

During the war in Afghanistan from 1979 to 1989, the Americans supplied arms to the Taliban, who in turn fought against the Russian.

  • why the fuck do they need helmets to fire a gun.

  • @UKsniper4 Ricochet dumbass... besides the fact that they're in a combat zone

  • @SirLafalots no there actually in a shooting range.

  • @UKsniper4 a shooting range in the combat zone. They are in a combat zone

  • I wonder if the Taliban is testing the m16 just like when they were testing the ak47s

  • @pringles509 maybe if they close enough to one of our bodies to get it without 5 other guys turning him into swiss cheese

  • nice gun, but inacurate(and yes even on semi it sucks if u are not well trained with it)

  • @tudilautaru I think it depends on the person shooting it. I have a norinco and im real good with it. I have shot thounds of rounds through it. Maybe thats way. Have you shot 5.45?

  • Love the AK-47 and other variants. When he said "go ahead and charge it" and they did, I jizzed in my pants.

  • Teh gun we should be using

  • @FreakingDwarf right!

  • damn the army even gets nice shooting ranges

  • are soldiers allowed to bring home captured weapons

  • @halopersin No, but it was common during WWII for soldiers to smuggle German pistols back to the states with them.

  • @TheExploit91 Hey, the AK-47 is an awesome gun, not gay. So what the M16 is more accurate, they are both good guns. Oh and by the way, they make hollow tip bullets which tumble more.

  • the AK-47 uses the 7.62x39mm not the 308. the 308 is 7.62x51mm. ever since when has Russia used a NATO round?

  • @motlencore89 I heard thiers a 7.62x54 ak and not a sniper rifle. not the psl. and norinco and russia makes the sagia in 308 or 7.62x51 and yugo sniper rifle comes in 308 7,62x51 and 8 mm go figure.

  • Ak 47 is gay the only good things about it our its power and it doesnt jam but the M16 is more accurate and it has a tiny bullet but if u get nailed with that bullet it will tumble in u shredding into your vital organs an AK round is bigger but it will just go through u so an M16 round is more deadlier in the torso

  • @TheExploit91

no no no,The one of the major think whyAK-47have more powerfull rounds it's coz armor dont protecting u from that kind of bullets.(as u know NATO useless vs armored enemy)M16more accurate, but more then300m.Its also useless.(it's not sniper tipe)I don't even tell u that coz of that bullet's M's models useless in tropics(read about war in Vietnam and Korea, where more then half US's soldiers usingAK's)coz each leaf trowing ur bullet.and of course reliability.so betterBeGay thenDead?

  • @TheExploit91 tell that to the troops in somalia when black hawk down was going on. 223 has no ass yes it makes a good wound cavity. rangers and delta always said 223 would not drop the somalia soldiers. Now a 308 hell ya!!!! ass and power!!

  • @jason127x99 Would not drop Somalis? US lost 19 compared to 700+ to 3000+ and at least half again wounded. Most of US losses were casued by RPG and 12.5mm. But the 7.62 would have produced better results (more of them dead). Up rounding the M16 has been debated since at least 1982, the Marines wanted Army not.

  • @Robbob9933 its 12.7mm

  • 100 yards witha trained user, yes. spraying iraqis, no most likely not

  • except....it is ak-47. pretty obviously ak-47 in fact....
