hi, ive seen a few diffrent ways to make this , most of them call for onions and canola oil, since they are not in this reciepe does it effect the flavor any?

@sarahosorto hello, thanks for commenting. I would not recommend adding oil or onions. this recipe taste great the way I made it. if you want to add onions, you can caramelize them in oil for 15 minutes and then add them to see how they will taste. good luck and thank you

Looks great man but i have a question? I have seen a few different videos making this and some boil the tomatillos first, whats the best way?

@pandmonium2k7 hello how is it going ? thanks for commenting. you do not have to boil the tomatillos. Raw tomatillos with avocado and cilantro and lime juice and chiles is the best way to make this killer salsa.  i have bake the tomatillo, boilled, but the taste is not great at all. So the best way is raw. you make become addicted to this salsa. it taste better the next day. always keep it in the fridge okay and it will last up to ten days.
