I personally wouldn't use oat flour because I have celiac disease and have never tried gluten free oats. I don't trust the whole controversy that surrounds their safety and don't like the idea of risking my health by experimenting with it. I really wish there were more gluten free recipes without oats. Nonetheless, thanks for posting.

How do you make this recipe not gluten free?

@gymnasticslover96 Just use regular flour.

@gymnasticslover96 Oh, you also should leave out the xanthan gum, as it's only required with gluten free dishes.

@1029blue I bet that you could sub gluten-free flour for the oat flour. I don't see why it wouldn't work, especially since you're using xanthan gum.
