  • what song is it in the trailor?

  • legend say that when the fires died down her heart was stiill intact and unharmed and no matter how many times they tried to burn it.. her heart never burned.

  • Still haven't seen it, A'M? :P

  • joan helped her country and all they did was turn on her and burn her at the stake she truely deserves to be a saint she has completely earned that title as ST. Joan of Arc

  • she looks beautiful

  • messages from God , yes , yes Jeanne .... in France you can find magic mushrooms in numerous fields .

    It sounds more rational :)

  • They gave he long hair in the old pictures to give her feminine qualities. So that people can recognize her. She most likely cut her hair.

  • Joan of Arc was a warrior poet.

and baptized the world in flame.

and she never stopped to wonder, for even a moment

    why "Jesus"

    never came. - B. Dolan

  • the only problem is that they cut her hair, if you see paintings of her she had long hair

  • Joan is awesome...hopefully by remembering the past it will not be repeated..but understood and learned/benefited from.pope john paul2nd. former roman catholic pope..apologized to all those 9 million women and children who had beenHistorically targeted by the inquistion and burned as witches... for an abhorant violation of thier Human rights..and human dignity.

  • at 1:23 ..... was that ryan murphy? the director of glee? :/

  • This movie brings me shivers,

and tears to my eyes whenever i watch it.

  • what year was this movie made in?

  • She died because she was being accused to be a witch and a blasphemer. She fought, and won, but lost 90% of allies on the battle. She asked to add more allies, but the government refused, instead they told her "If your God is powerful, then you should not be afraid even if your the only one left in the battle". She brought her faith until her dying breath. She was holding a wooden cross when she was being burnt down, and she's an example to every Christians and non-Christians. :)

  • @ArchonMist Actually, Joan's capacity to commune with God on such an intimate level was a threat to the entire institution as a whole. For if a mere woman of minor birth could connect to God like that, then surely everyone could. And if everyone can, why does the world need a church to speak for God. As always the church's motivations, on the surface spiritual, were entirely political.

  • What a performance! Milla was simply breathtaking as Joan. it's 10 out of 10, just base on Milla performance...
