it only hangs around 4500 rpm for you because it is catching traction before it needs to shift. this video was probably on damp pavement so it spins to the shift point and shifts then when he finally does catch traction, the car is only actually going 40 so the speedo drops down to show that. and I said Fail because he never even made it to 60.
