i just used the minigun... it became the easiest mission ever!!! i killed Lance before he started to run and nobody made it to the safe... trust me, use the minigun, stand right in front of the office and the mission will take about 15 seconds to complete

@GTAIVFan17 The story behind Tommy is he grew up in Liberty City, he was gonna do a hit for Sonny Forelli, but it was an ambush and Tommy ended up killing eleven men, earning the name The Harwood Butcher. He went to prison for 15 years and then got out around the start of the game.

My tactics for this mission was simplier - I have always had a minigun (you can buy one when you complete Phil's errands) or similar powerful weapon ''just in case''. When the final mission came up I was well prepared - just smoked anything that moved and couldn't run.

Use "nutter tools" Cheat and take the "helicopter Gun" which comes in the slot of "rocket launcher" of the cheat "professional tools" and take out Lance and sonny in 2 secs!!!(they will not even move from their position neither you have to move)

@amit1986 you will have to buy the properties you can do missions for like The Malibu. Now i did this but then i was stuck. but i figured out for the ice cream place you must sell 50 ice creams without getting out of the truck.

yea i just finished the boat mission and i finished the final mission to get to final mission you have to do all the missions of vercetti estates and the print work shop and purchase 5 other property and finish the  mission for that. the you get a call to go the teh print work shop and you do the final 2 mission. I finished this mission in 2 tries. Thanks.
