  • everything is digital now days. I use my credit card @ a parking meter

  • Well you made a fool of yourself. Another dollar coin failure wasn't hard to predict. Little Timmy Weiner Geitner just canned the program yesterday.

  • @Southernfarmer1021 It failed because the gov't didn't put them into circulation. Inflation has brought the price of everything so high that the dollar coins will be a convenience if the gov't didn't hide them in the vault.

  • Why don't you ever see these coins? Sure you can get them at the bank, but the govt. isn't putting them into circulation. They are minting millions of these coins every day and warehousing them in a new giant warehouse ( built with tax dollars) just to store these worthless coins and no one can stop the process because of a law that has been passed. They are not at all rare, so why would anyone want to collect them? Just another blundering stunt to waste our money without our OK.

  • @whisperweed Worthless? I do believe they are worth a dollar. They are in normal circulation and I have seen quite a few and yes even Sacajawea is still seen often. Oh.. I okay-ed them to make these!

  • Estas mierdas que nunca están en castellano!

  • I want a coin the size of a pizza...

  • US Dollar coins? Don't americans use notes? Forgive my lack of knowledge... I'm Australian.

  • @headshotz2weak People usually put them in their collection when they encounter one. So they are in circulation but not commonly seen. This video is about the 2007 coins, but I have one seen one in the past 4 years. I didn't even have it. A friend of mine found one and showed it to me. I guess you can walk in to a bank and ask for a bag and they may order them for you.

  • @headshotz2weak He is correct but left out a part of the picture. Dollars coins are often put into ticket machines, and things alike to be used as change. This is to avoid the amount of coinage given for change. Instead of 16 quarters, you can get 4 dollar coins. Just makes things easier for the operators of the machines.

  • @headshotz2weak

We use both, but most Americans are too brainwashed, and more interested in watching TV, than learning about "Sound Money" as preached by Ron Paul.

China will be our masters in 20 years.

  • pretty cool! I want to go on a ture of the mints!

  • Sick.... just sick
